Cllr Simmons
Some comments are just so good they deserve to be featured....here's one that sums up the mess the aristo plonkers have landed the party in.
Yay!! Good going Kensington CLP!!
No thanks to your refusal to condemn that vile email, your pathetic & stupid attempts to fix up the voting for your poodle (conducted right under the noses of Party Officials - you seriously thought you would be allowed get away with that?), your cronyism (putting dumb posh Momentum boys who couldn't run a bath in charge of things), your belief that EDC has a God-given right to represent Kensington no matter what (anyone see Christian Wolmar kick up such a fuss about the long list?) & your general ineptitude, the end result could be that we all end up with an absentee complete outsider (including the one you didn't want!) representing us!!! (& paying the community around Grenfell only the occasional flying visit)
Wow you must be so proud of yourselves. No doubt you'll just stay true to form & blame the NEC for all this. Didn't think you could get any worse after your councillor (de)selections & shite local election performance, but I was wrong
Well done!!
👏👏👏
That comment wasn’t written by Simmons. Cllr Ali also wasn’t the candidate they wanted. You’ve all got this so wrong
ReplyDeleteWell, of course, it wasn't. What's make you think it as?
DeleteSimmons is up there as an example of a plonker
DeleteI have no idea what she has done as a cllr. Or even what is her background aside from being a crank.
ReplyDeleteThe Hornet is a mouthpiece for the 5th Columnists lead by Henderson and Atkinson. It has done so much damage to the cause of authentic socialism. Time the Dame was exposed for who she is.
ReplyDelete"Authentic socialism" from a posh person who has never had to work & lives off the family trust fund.
DeleteRobert Atkinson is a member of the Conservative party. He now actively campaigns with them. He’s so far up the backsides of Greg Hands & Daniel Moylan it’s unbelievable. He chases them round like a lovesick teenager. Ian Henderson is also in a sexual relationship with Mete Coban hence his dogged attempts to break up KLP and have Mete installed as an MP. He’s simply returning the favour. There are other former Labour cllrs who use this site to air their nasty views and sling mud across the fence.
DeleteAs opposed to the sitting Labour Councillors who sling mud and bully people with their inflated ego's and miniscule positions
DeleteDavid Kear at least has the Grotto job for Christmas.
DeleteIt wont be long now until EDC, Kasim Lari are all free to join the Conservative Party. They all have links there so it won't be too difficult.
ReplyDeleteThere has been talk for ages that Sina Lari has been a Tory mole tasked making the Kensington Labour Party as unelectable as possible. I'd say job almost done. His best friend just happens to be that "well known socialist" Tom Harwood.
ReplyDeleteLari is the real 5th Columnist. Look at their results in May, look at the people who have been given jobs in the clp, look at the dwindling membership numbers.
DeleteAnnoying posh boy aristos are the reason why the Council is failing. They re so used to being entitled since their private school days that they treat residents with contempt.
DeleteLooking forward to trying the ‘East African spicy Kensington sauce’ that Kasim Ali publicly announced he would be releasing very soon. ‘Kensington sauce’ doesn’t quite have the same ring to it as ‘not on the shortlist’. Bet it’s spicy as anything.
ReplyDeleteWell it's not going to be "HP Sauce" now
DeleteWe can have the ' bus driver spicy sauce' guaranteed to drive you round the bend
ReplyDeleteOr Kear's sozzled sauce containing 50% alcohol & 50% BS
ReplyDeleteIs it possible Lari and EDC have been playing wheelbarrows together?
ReplyDeleteEmma says on her Twitter feed that she is "devastated" by Labour's decision blocking her from standing for parliament. She very much wants to "represent her community."
ReplyDeleteAs she is so forlorn at being deprived of the chance to "represent her community," why doesn't she leave the Labour Party to fight the seat as an independent? If Kensington cannot do without her, people will vote her in, regardless of political party labels.
Martin Bell won Tatton as an independent candidate in 1992 and shafted the sitting Tory MP, Neil Hamilton. Tatton could not do without Bell and he got in.
Can Emma only conceive parliamentary participation as a Labour MP? I thought she was made of sterner stuff.
Emma has choices to make. She always said that she single handedly ran her campaign in 2017 with no support (and if memory serves me well, no money or very little money) from Labour HQ - all organised on the table in ker kitchen.
You can do it Emma (or can you), go, go, go.
She didn't run her 2017 campaign single-handedly.
DeleteThe campaign received a donation from Gina Miller, members & supporters were putting in 16 hour days on the doorsteps. Also the conduct & policies of RBKC against North Kensington got people out to the polls in droves to vote for her.
Does Emma want Labout to put up a sh*t candidate whom she will knock in to cock hats when she stands as an independent at the next General Election? Whilst she is a Labour Party member, she can orchestrate all these machinations. She may be more cunning and artful than you reckon.
ReplyDeleteStanding as an independent, taking votes away from the Labour candidate and ensuring that Felicity Buchan had another term in the seat would be just the way to make herself even more disliked amongst sensible moderate Labour members and supporters and would likely anger even some of her own supporters.
DeleteSurely she is more intelligent than that?
If EDC gets on to Ken Livingstone, he will tell her how to get in as an independent. In 2000, he was out of the Labour Party and he stood against Frank Dobson who was the Labour candidate for Mayor of London. Livingstone and EDC both have expressed antisemitic views.
ReplyDeleteHoping that Felicity Buchan wins so Emma can run again at the next election when they select Labour’s candidate.
ReplyDeleteShe will have to be a Labour Party member which seems unlikely in the coming future.
