More unbelievable still is just how much Kerry Kyriacou rakes in as development director: it's a mouthwatering £220,000 plus a year....not bad for a housing association jobsworth.
IN THE MONEY KERRY |
Maybe the Dame needs to get Ludo a job in the housing association sector-seems like there is a lot of dosh for old rope there.
Kyriacou has sent this letter to Quentin Marshall, Chair of Planning in advance of tonight's meeting .
Kyriacou says.
Affinity Sutton has worked for numerous years to seek to identify a viable scheme for the Sutton Estate that meets modern design and quality standards...
The officers and local community say....
The design submitted is mediocre and bland
Kyriacou says,
The scheme before you is, there fore the only possible solution that the Council Officers supported and can be promoted by Affinity Sutton.
Resident and planning officers say.....
they haven't given it their support .
Kyriacou says,
Much of the Estate is empty and has been for many years '
Residents say,
Completely Untrue .
Kyricou(tongue in cheek) says,
The needs of our tenants are our absolute priority . If we are unable to offer them a decent place to live in Chelsea, we then may need to move them to an area where appropriate accommodation is available .
Residents say,
We find it wholly unacceptable that he seems to think he can move secure and assured tenants around as if they were cattle .
Thats the bloke that parked his Chauffeur driven limo to one of the local residents meetings. He had the driver park up round the corner so he could be seen walking to the meeting
ReplyDeleteSo they - Affinity Sutton are worth 2 Billion . They got the estate for nothing . They are supposed to do repairs which they said they could do and the William Sutton Trust couldn't afford - which is why they got the estate for nothing . This guy is saying they've got no money -and they cant afford just to refurbish - He's having a laugh . Give the estate to the Tenants then - they'll run it .
ReplyDeleteHowever, she attempted to reach out to business leaders, who have in recent months criticised her over policy plans that have been described as punitive. The Government has said that it wants to force companies to put workers on boards and curb executive pay. Theresa May - Guildhall
ReplyDeleteOl Kerrys a bit of a looker ain't he .
ReplyDeleteGollum .
ReplyDeleteWhat is he sitting on !
ReplyDeleteTrick or Treat !
ReplyDeleteHow can they claim the estate is empty and the Council is giving the place awards. Really shows they are in touch with the local community .
ReplyDeleteWe already live in nice homes in Chelsea. Nothing that a bit of work won't fix.
ReplyDeleteQuinlan Terry - Prince Charles favourite architect say the current building are of a 'high standard ' i believe .
ReplyDeleteHow come Affinity Sutton say one thing, yet the residents and council officers are saying something else ? Someone must be lying .
ReplyDeleteKerry looks a trustworthy sort of chap , doesn't he
ReplyDeleteIs he from Greece - yknow how good they are with money .
ReplyDeleteWould you let him babysit your kids . No ta
ReplyDeleteThey got the place for nothing - the land they value themselves at £150 Million north and they say they haven't got the money to refurb - EH ?
ReplyDeleteI thought Affinity Sutton had taken the estate for free from the William Sutton Trust with the proviso that they would keep it in good condition. They lied then, and they are still unable to be honest now.
ReplyDeleteHow could our housing trusts be taken over by these criminals.
Thats Right - can't somebody hold them to account >
DeleteWell the first thing they did was to knock the word ' Trust '( William Sutton Trust ) off the facades around the estate - very principled bunch of chaps .
DeleteEvery time someones dies or moves on they leave the flats empty , London is crying out for homes . The actions of this lot are more akin to a Property Developer than a Social Housing Landlord . How can they have Charitable Status
ReplyDeleteKerry Kyriacou and Keith Exford have spent about £4 million on this application for luxury housing, money which could have been spent on improving flats for tenants. Who are the directors of the housing association, and why are they doing nothing to put a muzzle on their dogs.
ReplyDeleteNoses and Trough come to mind.
Delete4 Mil - Why didn't they just have a proper consultation with the residents instead of just attempting to 'bully' everyone.
DeleteI've had dealing's with Kerry - nasty piece of work .
DeleteWhy cant they just do up the houses that are there already. If they did one block at a time year on year , the Capital Outlay would be far less and they could still take rent for the other 14 Blocks . That kind of a project would be kinder to the surrounding community as well as tenants .
