The Dame's useless nephew. Ludo, is looking for a job in this lucrative sector and wants some intro's.
LUDO LOOKING TO WORK FOR AFFINITY SUTTON |
Ludo is lazy and incompetent but that doesn't seem to be a hindrance to getting a fat wedge with a charity like Affinity Sutton.
Can't afford allegedly to do up the estate , but can fill their own pockets with the rents from residents. Isn't a Charity supposed to work the other way around ?
ReplyDeleteAkin to the money lenders in the temple. Wrong ,wrong ,wrong .
ReplyDeleteWhen there was money available to renovate propetries a couple of years ago. Affinty Sutton preferred not to take up the Government's offer of money. Preferring to let the buildings dilapidate, rather than giving a family a nice safe ,secure home. It is for this reason the Charity Commission need to investigate this so called 'business for social purpose '. The social purpose in this case to boot all the poor people out of Chelsea.

ReplyDeleteThis is not what Charities should be about. The Trustees of Affinity Sutton have allowed things to go badly wrong.
ReplyDeleteThis is nothing short of an outrage !
ReplyDeleteHousing Charity with empty properties for 10 Years - huh..i am missing something here ?
ReplyDeleteI would suggest that dear Ludo asks, very politely indeed, RBKC's Public Relationships Department to help him with honing his brown-nosing skills, which in turn he may use with Affinity... he may reap unbelievable results. Good luck.
ReplyDeleteAs far as the annual fees are concerned, this concern should be taken further by those concerned...
I heard that he has been doing a 'work experience' under the watchful eye of Mr 'Fizzy' Fitzpatrick. Sadly, Fizzy has had to 'let go' Ludo.
