TOT BRILL'S MOBILE NUMBER

Thank God money wasting Tot Brill is about to retire from her £150k a year job as a sort of Street Performance Arts specialist. Her swansong will be to waste nearly a million pounds on her Exhibition Road party....it will be a nightmare for any resident in the area. If you are an angry resident fed up with this selfish and wasteful jolification Tot will be very pleased to hear your views. In fact....so pleased Tot has asked the Dame to give out her number. 
The sooner Tot totters off into retirement clutching her £80k a year pension the better...useless woman.

    That's very naughty Anonymous 00.01, she is hardly his type.

    When Ms Brill joined the Council many of us thought she would be a breath of fresh air. But she has played a very clever game and has the 'top job' this year of throwing our money at every-more-ridiculous performance art events.

    Some in the Council are very disappointed, and are calling her 'Marie AnTOTnette', which is very disrespectful indeed.

    Where else would a unqualified art college grad get this sort of money....it beggars belief. She would be unemployable in the private sector

    Tot is an "Officer Poodle".

    We all know about Cockell's "Councillor Poodles" but the rot has spread across the line into the Officer class too.
