| TOT PLANS HELL FOR RESIDENTS |
RBKC's Tot Brill, our £150,000 a year 'performance arts specialist' is taking over Exhibitionist Rd for a fortnight. Between 20 July through to around 7 August residents can expect sheer chaos with road closures, parking bans and drunken partying and much, much worse!
This is not a Olympics one off ...Tot's madcap plan is to use Exhibition Road as a sort of semi permanent street performance area.
In the next few days the Dame will be providing details of Tot's plans and a list of contact numbers and hotlines so residents can make their displeasure felt....
This momentous waste of money, put on the sole benefit of Olympics visitors, is costing nearly £1 million. At the same time the Council is claiming it has insufficient revenue to maintain basic services to residents.
