THE DAME COMFORTS A BEREFT COUNCILLOR

That sinister 'aristo' Lordly Danny 'Boys' Moylan of Patapong Beach has ousted delicate Cllr Woodger from his perch in Queen's Gate leaving Maxwell in a state of nervous depression. 

The Dame is a shoulder to cry on when things go wrong for some of the more sensitive younger councillors. 

Young Maxwell was quickly on the Dame's speaking machine. Once the bawling had stopped the Dame understood that wicked Lordly Moylan had pushed Maxwell into the political wilderness. "What shall I do now, Dame....I am devastated?"


"Don't worry, dear boy, you shall go to Holland Ward" comforted the old Dame and, sure enough, it was done!

    The Dame should not be indulging fragrant Maxwell. Nor should she imagine that she had anything to do with the ex Ward Councillor for Queensgate being hoovered up by Holland Ward.

    The truth is that Cllr dizzy Leader Campbell is exercising power. Patronage is everything in RBKC and the Leader wants young poodles around her that she can control.

    Poodle No 1 is Norland Ward Councillor Johnny Thalassites, the wet behind the ears airhead who is throwing around his teenage weight. Dizzy told Johnny "get Maxwell selected for Holland Ward". Lo and behold, it is done.

      Person Familiar With The Situation is not so well informed. Cllr Thalassites is a Cllr in Holland Ward, not Norland Ward. He was politely rejected by Norland years ago, before becoming eminance grise to dizzy.

      Person Familiar is however correct that Johnny did as he was instructed and made space for Maxwell in Holland Ward

    The Dame is quite right to expose this conspiracy against residents. There were outstanding candidates of experience available for Holland Ward, for example the excellent ex Cllr Joanna Gardiner, who were passed over because of the insecurities of the Leader, Cllr Campbell.

    Dizzy was greatly perturbed when Cllr to be Mackover was selected for Queensgate Ward. Mackover is not poodle material.

    Has been Cllr Maxwell loves authority figures. His flat in North Kensington is decorated with photos of him posing with well known Conservatives after pushing himself forward for selfies at Conservative functions. Just the ind of ballast that dizzy is comfortable with
