CLLR HEALY TO HIT MASON AND SIMMONS WITH LIBEL ACTION

The Dame hears that Cllr Mason and Claire Simmons will be receiving a lawyer's letter and a claim for substantial damages for libel.... plus legal costs.

Mason and Simmons could mitigate their potential losses by begging for forgiveness and apologising: let's see.

  1. Dear Dame,

    Libel action! What's it about?

  2. Libel action? Cllr Mason??? Libel actions are a capitalist tool - hardly the stuff of "Mason world"

    1. No one has any respect for people who threaten actions for libel who later fail to see it through.

Robert Maxwell, the Labour Party disgrace, always issued writs which he allowed to wither on the vine for want of prosecution.

    2. I dont think that's the case here.

    3. I do hope your right. I wanted See Simmons and Mason busted. If Healy sues them, it will show that Dent Coad is gutless for not doing Gymiah.

  3. There was a threat to sue Sam Gymiah. As far as I am aware no writ was ever issued. I wonder why? If the libel case had any merit the Labour Party would have paid for the action. Mind you she's got six years to bring the action. Time and tide wait for no one.

    2. Simmons wants to stand instead of Healey I suspect. Normally there's an interview , Simmons obviously tried to 'load the dice'. Do you think they will put her in charge of the old folks homes of she gets elected. I'm feeling a Stephen King novel here.

  5. The Simmons woman has accused Healy of stealing from Kensington Labour Party Branch funds. Healy denies this allegation. He has asked Simmons for a retraction and an apology. She has failed to apologise so a writ will have to be issued.

There's no point suing someone unless they have the money to pay damages and costs. Is Simmons wealthy?

In any event she needs to be restrained from publishing such scandalous, wicked and untruthful imputations about Healy. An injunction to restrain this wicked woman (on pain of imprisonment) does not cost much.

Bust her arse in to Court, Councillor Healy. go, go, go

    1. Simmons is a trustafarian. Any libel charges can be made against property owned.

  6. Legal costs which are quite substantial shall be sought from the perpetrators.

    1. Yes, legal costs are expensive. The rule in civil litigation, other than in small claims' cases, is that the loser pays the winner's costs. If Ms Healy wins then Simmons and Mason have to cough up.

The Dame says, Healy is suing Mason and Simmons.

How does this Mason fit in to the libel action?

If Mason has repeated any scandalous imputations made by Simmons then he is a Tortfeasor and liable for losses.

I must say that Kensington Labour Party is a happy ship where everyone gets on like a house on fire. Nice.

If Patricia Healy puts her money where her mouth is and sues Mr. Mason and Ms. Simmons for defamation then why doesn't Ms Dent Coad put her money where her mouth is and sue Mr. Gymiah?

    4. Why is that ? Was she on the committee that approved the cladding in Grenfell ?

  8. Rumour has it that another 'hand' may have written the falsehoods about Healey. Will Simmons and Mason point the finger or take the fall.. who might be behind this ? Damned if they do , damned if they don't.

    1. I can just imagine the identity of the very dark force in the Kensington Labour Party that may have propagated the falsehoods about Ms Patricia Healy.

If the Regional Office of the Labour Party is not able to look in to the "carryings on" of Lari and Dent Coad then it follows that it is not fit to manage the complex affairs of state if it were elected.

The last thing that Labour needs is Emma Dent Coad making a come back. "Affairs of state?" She could not even unite Grenfell survivors. The Observer, The Steeple Times, and Architects for Social Housing are not impressed.

EDC has done down at least one Grenfell person. She had to follow Corbyn's dictum on praising the Fire Brigade and blaming the Tory bastards at the Town Hall. One woman whose husband lost his life had the effrontery to tell her straight but no Emma knew best, (like all opinionated marxist politicos) and the woman whose died was expendable.

Thank god, Moore Bick got to the truth of it.

    3. No wonder EDC objected to the appointment of Sir Martin Moore Bick.

    4. EDC thinks that she can do a better job than any other socialist. Therefore, she has a god given right to be the one on the General Election ballot paper. We must make sure that she is not on it.

    5. Can't wait for Healy to sue Mason and Simmons.

In the absence of Gymiah being prosecuted, we must assume that he did not lie about Coad

    6. If EDC stands for parliament again, she will probably report anyone who says what Gymiah said to the police. Surely democracy requires that we should be able to bring these things up during an election and she should be able to say why it is a lie and provide a good account of herself.

    7. EDC has never worked in the best interests of the Labour movement, the Country or her voters. She is a self-interested, self-possessed person. Her values are more in line with Tory values than Labour ones. She emotional rather theoretical- just like Maggie Thatcher.

  13. The Grenfell Tower Inquiry has recently heard shocking evidence about the TMO's attitude to fire safety and fire prevention. Councillor Dent-Coad has tried to put as much distance between her service as a Director of the TMO and the Grenfell fire breaking out.

NOW, will Councillor Dent-Coad list all of the occasions that TMO Board discussed fire safety issues (with dates and the issue discussed) during her service as a Director of the TMO.

Will Councillor Blakeman do the same?

  14. I bet that they did nothing about fire safety
