It seems that nothing is sacred these days...
During the last Grenfell Memorial Walk a senior politician somehow managed to inveigle his way into the front of the walk and position himself amongst the bereaved.
There is only one reason for this sort of vulgar behaviour and that's to try to get into the limelight for electioneering purposes.
This particular fool only dropped out when told to do so by a lady who thought his behaviour undignfied and insulting.

Don't be a old tease....who was it
ReplyDeleteThis is the real McCoy
ReplyDeleteAt the Grenfell Memorial march he went to the very front as the procession started. The position at the head of the march is normally reserved for the bereaved so it felt very odd for a politician to have 'muscled' his way to such a prominent place. It took a local woman from xxxxxxx to speak to xxxxxx in the language spoken in xxxxx to explain that it was most inappropriate and offensive for him to be there (and during a General Election) and so he removed himself.
Sam Gyimah, have you anything to say about this appalling politician?
ReplyDeleteI don't think it could have been Sam as the lady who reprimanded the politician spoke to him in Ghananian
ReplyDeleteIt was Sam Gyimah, former Conservative MP, currently a transfuge to the Liberal-Democrats. He was politely asked to remove himself, which he did. It was the very first time he attended a Grenfell Silent Walk, which has been taking place for the last 2 and a half years, every 14 of the month. For a full record of his voting, see on http://www.theyworkforyou.com/
