I have to say I have slightly moved (from Redcliffe Gdns to the Cremorne) - but I had to stay with my surgery because there is no-where else that is as good! I have issues which means on a day of an appointment I may be unable to go - but I call, I explain, and instead a GP will call me back. I try to get there - and if I can't I call - it really is that simple so for those who don't call to say they cannot make their appointment, I totally agree, a fine of £50! My dentists fine people £30 for not turning up so why can't a GP surgery do the same?
