DAME'S LITTLE BLOG HITS NEAR 2000 UNIQUE VIEWS YESTERDAY
The viewing numbers speak for themselves....close to 2000 on a daily basis!
With this 'reach' amazing the GE candidates are not all over the Dame like cheap suits.
ReplyDeleteCould she hold the balance of power?
Dear dame,
ReplyDeleteThe recent information posted on this blog refers, for the most part,
to Council and its former TMO's corrupt and unethical practices in housing.
Others are complaining about Emma Dent Coad siding with the Tories, when she was on the TMO Board, selling Council tenants down the river in to the bargain.
There will be tears before bedtime on 12th / 13th December.
I cannot forgive Ms Dent-Coad. When she was on the TMO, she knew that the TMO made me suffer. They bullied me. I now know that I was not the only one to be bullied by the TMO.
DeleteWhat Did Ms Dent-Coad do to stop Black's bully boys. I complained to Mrs Blakeman when she got on the TMO Board and she was very nice and sympathetic.
We found Judith Blakeman very helpful when we saw her about TMO bullying. She tried to get us compensation. A Tory guy on the Council blew his stack about the way we got treated.
DeleteDent Coad betrayed tenants in 2009. The Council brought in a Solicitor to investigate the TMO. The Council suppressed the publication of the Solicitor's Report for months. It was only made available to tenants one day after the TMO AGM in 2009. Dent Coad should have gone public in the press about the Council's Dirty Tricks' Department. If only she had made as much fuss about the dirty tricks as she has about Sam Gyimah, well what can I say.
DeleteI remember that. We were all up in arms about it. Ellie Dyer of the local rag was on our side but where were the Labour Councillors who should have been having a go at the Tories in public - in the media.
DeleteEllie Dyer of the London Weekly Times was very supportive of Council tenants Shortly after Emma Dent Coad joined the TMO in 2008, Ellie Dyer wrote in the newspaper (which was owned by the Mirror Group, a Labour Paper) said,
Delete"I would be surprised if the TMO existed at the end of the year."
So why did the TM0 exist for another nine years until Theresa May intervened post Grenfell?
Labour Councillors should have banged the drum to get rid of the TMO. They knew it is was dreadful. Instead, they did what the Tory Council wanted. I thought the Labour Party wanted us all to be shackled to the state instead of being shackled to capitalism.
Why would any socialist support public housing being managed by a private company.
TMO officers and RBKC Councillors, especially Maighread Condon-Simmons, who was on the TMO board, and who has been deselected due to irregular practices, made sure that Judith Blakeman was not informed of what was going on.
DeleteThey often held board meetings on important subjects when she had council meetings.
Judith Blakeman fiercely defended residents' rights against the TMO and continues to do so against the present dubious regime.
That Maighread Condon-Simmons was responsible for most of the corrupt culture that was part of the TMO.
DeleteUnfortunately is still persists with the new housing management with the old TMO staff now working for RBKC housing management.
Kim Taylor-Smith turns a blind eye.
Judith Blakeman is a good, well meaning, person.
DeleteWhen it comes to Emma Dent Coad and Maighread Condon Simmonds, I don't know which one is worse. I think I would have to say Emma Dent Coad because she is more intelligent than the other one. She played fast and loose with people because of some stupid plan that she wanted to pursue. She once told me that she liked Condon Simmonds.
I agree that Judith is very decent. A Grenfell survivor said the same thing to me the other day. She told me that
DeleteJudith Blakeman and Emma Dent Coad don't get on.
Does anyone know if this is true?
Maighread Condon-Simmons was very clever and corrupt in Chelsea Riverside.
DeleteShe used her position in RBKC as councillor and in the TMO as board member to help her friends and try to destroy the lives of residents.
For example...
She is a personal friendof the Riley Arms Public House developer. Had meals in his restaurants in London. She put pressure on RBKC officers to approve the planning application and the landlord's consent by attending every planning meeting and meetings with RBKC officers in order to support his application.
Over fifty residents associations throughout the borough and many residents opposed the planning application on the basis that fourteen children's bedrooms overlooked the proposed courtyard. This would expose vulnerable residents to drug dealing.
She told anyone that would listen that "all the rubbish should be at the back" referring to the residents living at the back in social housing.
She is still lurking in the background causing trouble for residents.
There is so much more...
Don't forget 09.37 that EDC used to be the RBK&C Leader of Opposition Councillors and things did not go well. She did not rub along with them nicely and they SACKED her. So why would we giver her our votes when she was SACKED by her own.
DeleteHow can any of us vote for Emma Dent Coad when she was sacked by her own Party? Can't take her seriously.
DeleteJeremy and Emma will bleed you all dry. When they reduce the rich to rubble, they will not have managed to provide for
Delete"the poor one bit of bread and cheese"
Edmund Burke. Irish Whig Tory Politician and Anti -Slavery MP
EDC must be feeling vulnerable and insecure now that her sacking is out in the open.
DeleteDeselected Chelsea Riverside Cllr. Maighread Condon-Simmons bought votes with public money whilst she was on the TMO board.
DeleteHuge amounts of money were spent in 2015 on The Thomas More Estate as she was loosing her grip on The Cremorne Estate.
She used her favourite Environmental services Manager Dominic Davies to do her dirty work.
He now works for RBKC.
It seems that bench story attracted quite a lot of interest.
ReplyDeleteIt was rather amusing, but both the story and the many comments it attracted suggests that very little had really changed in the last two years.
Kim Taylor-Smith and his colleagues needs to take a good hard objective look at how the Council manages its housing. Has anything they've done actually changed anything? Or have they simply gone through the motions and actually achieved very little?
The TMO was used as a scapegoat once. The Council can't use it as a scapegoat forever. The next time something goes horribly wrong the buck will most definitely stop with the Council.
I agree.
DeleteIt's obvious very little has actually changed.
Rock FM and Robert Black had repeatedly demonstrated a complete inability to listen to residents. Whatever the staff said was to be believed, however ludicrous, whatever the residents said was ignored.
Kim TS and Doug Goldring are now doing exactly the same. When given the choice of believing a member of staff or believing a resident they will always believe the member of staff. Critical thinking simply does not apply!
And thus we are back exactly where we were.
Twasn't it always thus at the Council / TMO.
DeleteIt is worse than ever...
DeleteWe have been caught off guard because we were so desperate for a new regime that we were willing to believe everything that we were told.
Now we see through Doug Goldring and Kim Taylor-Smith.
Nothing has changed.
Nothing has been learnt from the Grenfell Tragedy.
DeleteWhen you stop listening to residents anything can occur.
The consequence is that the residents are the ones that always suffer.
The hazards of not having local knowledge - a new restaurant has opened in Kensington Park Road on the site of Kitchen and Pantry. Little did they realise when they called in 'TIMO' that TMO is the most hated name in North Kensington (and west Chelsea)!
ReplyDeleteDear Dame,
ReplyDeleteHow can Emma Dent Coad MP, an upper middle-class white woman, possibly understand the hurt that she caused Black people when she displayed a picture of a Black political opponent being hanged.
Glad to hear so many people are reading your blog. I hope they read what I am saying and think about what sort of person they are voting in.
Dreadful, Oluwambe. Unbelievable that she could be so unintelligent.
DeleteThe Chief Rabbi has in The Times newspaper today referred to antisemitism in Corbyn's Labour Party. Despite Emma Dent Coad's form for racism, why has she not spoken out?
DeleteIt is ridiculous for Labour to assert that Corbyn is not an antisemite because he is campaigned against racism. You can be pro Black, pro Asian, pro Arab, pro Muslim, even pro Gay and still be Anti Jewish
Dear Dame,
ReplyDeleteThank goodness for you !!!
We can expose the RBKC corruption in West Chelsea !!!
Thank you.
Emma Dent Coad, if she seeks any credibility in anti-racist politics, needs to address why under Corbyn's stewardship the Labour Party has made antisemitism a "talking point" and nothing else.
ReplyDeleteWhen will Corbyn and Labour offer the Jewish people and the wider electorate a "turning point" to put paid to this vile racism?
Please tell us Emma?
You can bet that Emma Dent Coad is watching this like a hawk.
Delete"Talking point" or "turning point" is right. We have the fag end of Labour dealing with antisemitism; hence all talk no action.
Did Emma Dent Coad change her name by Deed Poll?
DeleteAccording to her more information that has appeared on her Wiki entry she was born Margaret Mary DENT in Stepney in the East End.
Emma Dent Coad talks about her classy background. Why did she fail to tell us that she was born in the heart of the East End in Stepney?
Is Margaret not a posh enough name for this upper class aristocrat?
Born in Stepney with the "constituency in her DNA."
Margaret gets shortened to "Maggie"
DeleteEmma decries the public school system. The Labour Party wants to change the character of them.
DeleteEMMA, THE MARXIST, SENT ALL THREE OF HER CHILDREN TO CHRIST'S HOSPITAL PUBLIC SCHOOL.
Why? because she knows it's the best. But those on state benefits should not be allowed to send their kids there. Emma expects the working class to kiss the arses of those educated at public schools.
Status is important to Emma Dent Coad.
DeleteShe tells everyone that she is from the "top drawer" and a cut above lower orders like me because she likes to look down on those whom she wished were her inferiors. To make sure that her Children are up there with the best, the Prince Williams and Prince Harrys of this world, she made sure that her kids were educated at a school that is on a par with Eton. She knows that her children will be more credible "aristocrats" if they have the trappings of public school.
No 07.51. She sent her children to public school because she knows that those who have been to public school come out of it with a sense of entitlement. She knows that we all snigger at her when she proclaims her aristocratic heritage. Claiming to be aristocratic does not ring true when you went to a school run by a Labour Council - the Inner London Education Authority's Sacred Heart School in Hammersmith.
DeleteBoris went to Public School and boy, what a sense of entitlement. Emma is a right snob.
DeleteThe amazing thing is that the old Dame hits these number without Twitter or other social media help
ReplyDeleteDistinguished polling expert Peter Kellner wrote that having become Labour’s first ever MP for Kensington Emma Dent Coad could end up also being its first ever to finish third.
ReplyDeleteShe would find it very humiliating to come third in the General Election. She got very annoyed when Gyimah said what he did. I suppose she thought that some might believe it.
ReplyDeleteIf she loses, she will only have herself to blame. She will lose it all by herself.
DeleteShe told lies about Prince Harry,
She insulted Shaun Bailey on race grounds,
She supports a Marxist leader,
She espouses the virtues of a party that is antisemitic
I've heard that she is in Momentum. Does anyone know if she is in it?
ReplyDeleteI bet she is in Momentum. When she got in to the Commons, she made it clear she was not in it. I wouldn't put it past her joining Momentum on the quiet just like she reclaimed her Councillor's Allowance when it suited her after she made a big fuss about giving it and, not "double dipping."
