THE BLIGHT |
The Dame has instructed one of her research assistants to FOI the actual date the Iranian Embassy thugs informed the Council that they weren't going to blight the neighbourhood.
She is expects total transparency, Mr Bore.....
The Dame is not bluffing when she says she is sitting on an answer provided by a junior officer; let us hope that information and the results of the FOI coincide...... If they do not coincide:if it appears the Rotten Borough has been in cahoots with these barbaric savages..... it will be a matter of national press interest...
Good for the Dame. Keeping the Dictatorship on its toes
ReplyDeleteThere has been so much underhand stuff over this building application, starting in the days of the dreadful Moylan, that nothing more could surprise us. Even an Iranian Councillor in post at the time when the plug was pulled
ReplyDeleteHaving experience with the planning department's attempts to do everything for the diplomatic community and nothing for its residents - I can confirm that the "withdrawn" application is inevitably followed by a "new" application which RBKC does not tell you about nor post.
ReplyDeleteLooks like Bore and his quislings at the Planning Dept, who appear to delight in colluding with applicants and oppressing resident's views, may yet get their comeuppance.
ReplyDeleteI have a lot of sympathy with The Dame's "barbaic savages" comments. But what does that make the authors of Dunblane, Sandy Hook, Waco?
ReplyDeleteDavid
ReplyDeleteThe same: barbaric savages
Another distraction technique by the Royal Bro, thanks to the Dame it's failed.
ReplyDeleteIt is hard to believe that such an out of place design for Kensington and Chelsea ever received serious consideration by the Council. It was resisted for many years by the Chairman of the Queensgate Association, Caryl Harris, who fought a lone battle against Moylan and his chums. Of course she was written off as an "hysterical woman"
ReplyDeleteBelieve the unbelievable, a few examples of what the residents of this Borough put up with, Exhibtion Road, Mechanical Elephants, Million to Conran, Trough Borough, a sprinkle of millions to his favourites to play with and of course the tin pot dictator itself.
