a typical oligarch
Johnson has much to thank Putin for..... not least the invasion.
This gave the buffoon the chance to strut his ghastly faux Churchillian stuff and evade scrutiny over previous cock-ups.
The Dame got a well-deserved kicking for suggesting that the Labour Party had colluded with oligarchs.
Thus, it seems only fair top Conservatives admit links to oligarchs: inheritors of the proceeds of organised crime.
Evolve Politics has a fascinating article HERE about the financial penetration of the top echelons of the Party by some very wicked men and women.
The circled lady, Lubov Chernukhin, is the wife of Putrid's former deputy finance minister. Mr & Mrs C have given £514,000 to the Conservative Party...why?
A blatant example of oligarch 'matiness' is George Osborne rowing over to board Derispaska's yacht with his friends Nat Rothschild and Lordly Mandelson.
And the sinister-looking Ben Elliott whose company procures services for these horrible people.
And it's not just Putin... David Cameron and his business partner, Lordly Chadlington, were all over the Chinese like cheap suits.
There seems to be a predilection for cosying up to ruthless regimes by certain senior Conservatives
Edward Lucas, the eminent expert on Putin and his gang is compiling a list of British professionals who have collaborated with this rogue state.
Lawyers, accountants, PR companies, estate agents, property search agents are all likely to be in the frame: many will be based in this Borough and maybe many connected to the Conservative Party.
So...names to the Dame, please.
Dame, has this property search company ever worked for these ghastly people?

Is that the firm Cllr Faulks works for?
ReplyDeleteThe Danny is on the button. Lady False (aka Cllr Catherine Faulks) does indeed work for Property Locator firm Vivien Thomson who is an old mate. False is shown as a person who knows how "to spot potential" and turn a profit. Of course residents know all about that: False spotted the potential for RBKC libraries to be used as subsidised office space in competition with the private sector
DeleteCllr Faulks should clarify whether she has carried out property searches for Russians in Kensington and Chelsea. She is connected via her husband in the world of affairs and should be able to figure out when dodgy sounding people with little breeding and even less knowledge of London, appear out of the blue and ask for £50 million houses. Usually a dodgy situation.
ReplyDeleteI see her husband, Lordly Faulks has some judicial work in Kazakhstan. Could that not be rather dangerous?
DeleteThe Tories have become very careless. They used to be very particular about who they dealt with. Now it seems that any cheque book opens any number of doors.
ReplyDeleteA serving Councillor and Cabinet Member of RBKC should not be involved in carrying out property searches in return for personal financial gain. This is a conflict of interest. Cllr Faulks should step down from property search company Vivien Thomson Ltd
ReplyDeleteAs long as she is not, for example, dealing with the Planning Dept on behalf of her clients. Has anyone any evidence that she has?

ReplyDelete"I would like you to meet Polina Kovaleva. Polina is a 26-year-old glamorous Russian girl from London. She lives in a huge apartment in Kensington and loves to party, her instagram feed looks like a non-stop holiday. That’s not unheard of, but there is one small detail…Polina is the stepdaughter of Russia’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Sergei Lavrov. Yes, THAT Lavrov. He is one of Putin's closest allies, his loyal talking head full of hot air and now also a war criminal. She doesn’t have an oligarch husband. But at the age of 21, she bought this apartment in London on Kensington High Street for £4.4m. She paid cash. No mortgage. £4.4m. "
Just this thread, outlining this one young womans' career, illuminates how utterly enmeshed Russian money is with UK culture.
Who was it who said "We must get our people in everywhere"?
