CLLR CAMPBELL AND A STATE OF WAR

Dear Dame,

Last night I woke in a cold sweat after an unimaginable nightmare.

I dreamed the Russians had declared war on us and that the Council's war footing was being driven by Cllr Campbell aided and abetted by her sidekick, Cllr Faulks.

Please tell me that in such a dire situation as this Cllr Kim Taylor-Smith would take over.

    It is a terrifying thought. Urgency and responsibility and leadership in the hands of these two airheads. It does not bear thinking about.

    Mercifully only a dream. Phew......

    Democracy has a fail safe instinct. When calamity comes along the baggage like Campbell and Faulks will be booted out and replaced by competence
