NEXTDOOR: A DOOR TO BILLIONS FOR GREEDY VC'S

Nirav Tolia: Hit and Run Convict founder who has just sold his Pacific Heights house for £25m

Nextdoor is a sinister 'neighbourhood' network founded by a convicted hit-and-run driver. But if you read this you will see that this is not the sort of man that you would want your daughter to have anything to do with. And read this and you will be even more disgusted by this man with the morals of an alleycat.READ

It has conned RBK&C, the police and other government bodies into believing it is a cosy 'not for profit' enterprise:in fact, it's backed by fearsome US venture capitalists mad keen to make money out of the lonely and gullible.

Here are just a few of those VCs about to make millions out of the 'people next door'.

Benchmark, Shasta Ventures, Greylock Partners, Kleiner Perkins, Riverwood Capital, Bond, Axel Springer, Comcast Ventures and others.

Many complaints centre around the way Nextdoor harvests personal information without consent and sells that information. It's done by feeding the naive that Nextdoor is some sort of caring community initiative: in reality,  it's just a ruthless money-grubbing American outfit with no soul.

Well-meaning residents of the Royal Borough don't realise that they are the victims of one enormous con trick.

But, it's worse.... as Buzzfeed reports HERE

Dear reader...if you don't want your personal information used to make VCs rich then don't use Nextdoor and remember, once your personal information is 'out there' you are at grave risk.

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

START YOUR OWN GENUINE NEIGHBOURLY NETWORK...DON'T BE CONNED BY SILICON VALLEY SHYSTERS.

  9. This is very worrying. Next Door has been endorsed by RBKC and the local Police who both use the site extensively to broadcast information.

Readers should write to their Ward Councillors and ask for clarification
