WILL HE WING IT?

There is much concern over how  Cllr  'The Doc' Marwan Elnaghi might acquit himself tonight.
As Labour head of Adult Health and Social Care, he will be responding to questions on the Brompton.

'The Doc' has rather a reputation for skating on thin edge when it comes to briefing himself up so there is much breath being held....

  1. He was in the meeting , then out ,then Cllr Coade said he had a bad throat and was saving it , and then he popped up after the debate on the Brompton lool

  8. Poor old EDC. Losing it, I am afraid. Totally irrelevant and unhelpful speech.

  9. So Elnaghi allowed himself to be elbowed aside tonight and let Dent Coad speak( irrelevantly)in his place. This goes from bad to worse - First Labour puts an inexperienced councillor, who have never demonstrated any interest or knowledge of the subject, into the chair of the Council's most important Scrutiny committee and then for fear of that Chair's ignorance being demonstrated to the world puts up the embittered Dent Coad to speak instead (EDC has the advantage of never having any fear of speaking about an area about which she too has no knowledge). Is Elnaghi going to hide behind his toothache for the rest of the year ?
Or is he going to seize the opportunity to start to speak for himself( as Cllr. Thaxter did tonight - baby steps they may have been but they showed her to have a will of her own and not to be just the fawning and well remunerated creature of Dent Coad). Well done Thaxter. Shame on you Elnaghi - unless you assert yourself soon all will see you to be just a puppet

  11. So many bitter people in these comments. Anything to avoid looking at what is really going on with this council.

  12. Too many incompetent Councillors who are not doing their job of holding the council to account .

    1. You mean, too many Councillors who prefer to collude and cosy up to a dubious leadership than hold them to account, I think. Nothing incompetent about that, although I can think of another word for it.

    2. No i mean Councillors who are given a position should fulfil the role and not hide in the shadows .

  13. Another pot boiler. Just in case there was any doubt that the council leadership and their acolytes are still sore that their preferred candidates missed out on these roles. Considering their gargantuan arrogance and sense of entitlement, not to mention their renowned allergy to independent scrutiny I cannot say this surprises. If I were a massive control freak invested in the culture of impunity I'd created, I expect I would feel the same.

    1. What utter tosh !

    2. If it were "tosh", there would not be documentary evidence of the majority party's unseemly interest in the other party's selections, nor a list of their preferred choices.

    3. Share it then.

  14. Why is my HP Officejet pro 6968 printing blank pages?

To troubleshoot hp officejet pro 6968 printing blank pages issue, first, check for the ink levels in the ink cartridges. This issue can arise if the cartridges are low in ink or empty. Further, load enough paper into the paper input tray and use only the recommended paper. Check for the printer, whether it is set as the default printer. Next, make sure that the HP printer is online, if not perform guidelines to bring it back to online. And check whether the issue persists on the Hp printer.
