CONGRATULATIONS TO THE HARDWORKING CHILDREN'S SERVICE STAFF

After the appalling debacle surrounding the transport of vulnerable children it is good to see that Andrew Christie has made up for lost ground and bought Childrens' Services back to a level where OFSTED feel confident in awarding an OUTSTANDING
This was all in spite of the useless Cabinet Member, Silly Lizzie Campbell.
Well done, all the staff for their great efforts.

    ... and in spite of Children's Services being decimated by the triborough travesty. A number of the staff who helped achieve this rating will be leaving shortly.
