Hard Left at it |
The Daily Mail shows pictures of Seamus Milne hard at with a high profile blonde Aussie lawyer.
Leftie in Love |
Being a hard working lad he needs a bit of 'me time'.
What better place to have it than the luxuriously discreet 5* Courthouse Hotel in Shoreditch away from the prying eyes of common people.
The Dame's advice to Seamus is to ignore the moaners.
You are nearly sixty and Jennifer half your age.
The moaners are just jealous.
His wife tutors children so that they can get into selective schools....couple of hypocrites.
ReplyDeleteThis is a bit fatuous, isn't it?
ReplyDeleteI suppose if you're Seamus trying to give the workers the impression that you can 'feel their pain' it might be: after all, it looks like he's having a fun time. Why can't he pop down to his local boozer like all us common people? Too bloody grand, I suppose.
DeleteDid they order a guacomole dip?
DeleteThe Dame is clearly envious that she can afford 'show biz' hotels.
Seamus is by all accounts a bit of a shit. That's irrespective of his political leanings. He wasn't exactly well regarded by his colleagues at the Guardian.
DeleteAre we really saying that because Seamus was privately educated, and because the Conservative Government is dismantling the state education sector, he has no right to be a Labour Supporter and send his kids to a better school he is somehow betraying Labour values . If those is power weren't hell bent on dismantling the state and it assurances ( Red Tape ) then perhaps he would have a different political point of view. The game is up for the Conservatives - they are Anti - British . Any Country that allows it's citizens to be 'fried alive ' as they were at Grenfell , and to respond in such a pathetic way because those citizens are 'poor' is nothing short of Anti British .Stick that in your 'Gaucamole'
ReplyDeleteNo, what we are saying is this....
DeleteHe has a nice cushy, metropolitan life carousing with cute looking blonde lawyers at expensive hotels.
It's called 'aving yer cake and eating it'.
There was a time when the great Labour movement managed to grow its own leaders out of humble origins. Now it seems that you can only get to the top of the movement if you are middle class. Actually, Milne is not middle class: he is upper middle class with a papa equally entitled.
I am pissed off with all these posh gits telling me that only they can lead me to the sunlit uplands. I want my own to lead us.
The DT reports that Mr Milne was having to fight the blonde off.
ReplyDeleteLying old Marxist!
Elizabeth Campbell 'never been in high-rise' before fire
ReplyDeleteThe new leader of Chelsea and Kensington Council has said she had never visited Grenfell Tower or any other high-rise block in the borough before the fire.
However Elizabeth Campbell argued that just because she lived in the south of the borough it did not mean she didn't understand conditions for people who live in the north.
She said her work with family and children's services made her a suitable person for the job.

All slightly more concerning than whether some supposed lefty PR ponce is having it off with some blonde lawyer.
How dare you describe Mr Milne in that way. He has fought hard to protect workers's rights.

Grenfell Tower fire: Angry residents shout 'arrest someone' as they heckle council on month anniversary of tragedy

From last night's residents meeting.

Wow, the panel gives off wrong impression and I'm not surprised why the residents were angered by their response too. Barry Quirk (RBKC) does the classic "I dunno" and shrug his shoulders. Elizabeth Campbell apologies but it's almost like hearing someone who is on drugs. I don't know her personnaly but what came off from her was like she's an airhead or something. This is rather worrying.
Dame, someone else does it better:
ReplyDeletehttps://zelo-street.blogspot.co.uk/2017/07/sun-seumas-milne-hypocrisy.html
I read it and thought it a load of crap. So what if the journo's criticising Milne went to public school? They don't claim to be Marxist.
ReplyDeleteThe Dame's stuff is far, far better
Dame, what is going on the planning decision re Kensngton Palace?
ReplyDeleteHas the 'mega-basement' been approved? http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2017/04/25/kensington-palace-mega-basement-plan-angers-neighbours-claim/
DeleteAnd any of this has what to do with RBKC, exactly? A borough in its greatest moment of crisis and you're posting tittle tattle titillation... laughable. Leave it to The Sun and Guido, there's a good lass. They do it so much better than you ever could.
ReplyDeleteSeems like Milne isn't the only whose credibility is being stretched to snapping point...
Who are you to dare tell our sainted Dame what she can and cannot write about? The Dame has done more to hold those on the left, right and middle of the political spectrum to account than ever you have.
DeleteIf the Dame doesn't like hypocrisy she says so firmly. I suppose you are some hard leftie groupie.
I have been a Hornet reader for years and very story has resonance.
Long live the Dame and down with I Despair
If I want to read shit like this I'd buy the Sun or the Mail. It has nothing to do with RBK&C. It's just another of the anti-left stories that now litter this blog because someone has a serious case of post-seriously-fucked-up-election jitters.
DeleteIf you really don't want a Corbyn government in the near future then encourage the Tory party to put together a manifesto that isn't intent on screwing everyone but the top 1% and the party's corporate backers. A reasonable manifesto with something for everyone as opposed to more of the same crap that much of the country has clearly had more than enough of given the last seven years.
Although given the intellectuals littering the government front bench at the moment I seriously doubt they can come up with something even remotely close to what is required.
But if that's what you're scared of you know who to kick (hint: it's not the likes of this Marxist fool).
For seven long years a weaponised Dame has attacked the Conservative Council, even unseating one member and preventing another from gaining a peerage. Yet, when she indulges her dislike of two particular Labour specimens who would wreak havoc with the Dame's lifestyle she is met with whining and whinging.
DeleteCorbyn and his sidekick, Milne are not off limits and occasionally the Dame will vent her spleen on those two Provo supporters.
The Dame will never be silenced. Incidentally, she has just read Alan Johnson's autobiography which she throughly recommends. What a remarkable autodidact. Perfect reading on one's summer hols.
Has Ludo gained access to the The Dame's password? This pointless sniping about Corbyn and Eavis and some bloke no one has ever heard of is not her usual MO.
ReplyDeleteHow do we get proof that The Dame isn't tied up in the boot of the Bentley? Please don't chop bits off her, Ludo. Send pearls or a bottle of Tanqueray with her thumb print on it. Thumb *print* not thumb.
Very droll!!
DeleteImperial Tokay surely?
