A TALE OF TWO CARPETBAGGERS
'This is North Kensington' has an excellent and hard hitting piece about Tory traitor, Carpetbagger Sam Gymimah.
Sam replaces another carpetbagger, Rabina Khan, a refugee from Tower Hamlets who has gone to work for 'Lordy' Dick Newby-an old friend of the Dame.....
Don't the Lib Dems have any home grown candidates?
Be careful what you wish for. Emma Dent Coad MP is a "home grown" Socialist Upper Class Snob from Chelsea who has the constituency in her DNA.
ReplyDeleteEmma accused the Council of "racism or snobbery" over the way its staff refer to people affected by Grenfell.
DeleteSo Emma accused the Council of "racism" and "snobbery," now that is saying something.
Delete14.42 What a brilliant line.
DeleteSam is a strong REMAINER. His wiki entry shows exemplary work in charitable and voluntary sector organisations. Surfing the internet has revealed nothing of a nasty or racist character.
ReplyDeleteWki Entry
"Gyimah has been a volunteer and fundraiser for Crisis, the Down's Syndrome Association and St. Catherine's Hospice in Surrey. He has served as school governor of an inner London school, on the board of a housing association and on the development board of Somerville College."
Interesting he is on the board of a housing association given his views on social housing
DeleteGyimah is not as bad as Councillor Emma Dent Coad MP when it comes to his involvement in social housing.
DeleteEmma Dent Coad was on the Board of the TMO; a Director of the TMO. She knew the TMO was a disaster. She was told as much by the many, not the few. Her attitude to Council tenants was to ignore the many who complained to her; especially those who did not bite the bullet and roll over. She has never explained her reasons for supporting the TMO; a totally disastrous excursion in to tenant participation.
I was staggered that Emma could say so much about what was wrong with the TMO but only after the fire at Grenfell Tower. What did she think she was doing?
Kensington needs an inclusive MP not someone who says she is egalitarian and aristocratic.
ReplyDeleteEDC is an undesirable candidate because of her unquestioning loyalty to Corbyn. Her social class snobbery and claims to having an aristocratic heritage are not what one would expect from a Labour woman.
ReplyDeleteIt is good to see a Black person standing for parliament in Kensington.
ReplyDeleteThis is a first.
By voting for Sam, people will not be voting against a Labour Prime Minister who is nasty to Jews. I have not heard Emma condemn the rampant anti-jewish sentiments that are endemic in her Party. By doing nothing to show her disapproval of anti-jewish feeling in the Labour Party, Emma is allowing it to prevail. Evil triumphs when good people do nothing or pretend something is not a problem.
Labour has turned in to the nasty party. A survey of Jewish Labour voters shows that only 5% think that Corbyn is not Antisemitic. Emily Thornberry has spoken out about this very serious problem and I would have expected Emma Dent-Coad to do so
