    I thought Moylan has immigrated to S. Africa. Was that someone else?

    In any case, this is a worrying news for us. We might as well call him the Demolition man. Everything he touches turn to dusts?

    Well said 21.22. He's achieved nothing worthwhile. Kensington High Street is barren. Exhibitionist Road will have to be rebuilt. No Estuary airport etc. etc. However, he is clearly talented at something: getting his hands on shedloads of taxpayers' money.
