STEALING TAXPAYER'S MONEY |
So turning to reserves....At the last count, through gross over taxation, RBK&C had something in the region of £170 million sitting idly in the bank account.
In fact: so much we were able to lend £90 million to a company part owned by two of Britains' richest ducal families....but then Pooter Cockell is an insatiable social climber so was thrilled to be able to help out.
This money belongs to the taxpayers of the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea. To use it to fund Native Land, whilst ignoring deprivation in the borough, is amoral.
Chickens (sorry Barry) coming home to roost. All part of the scandalous Cockell administration. The new Leader, Cllr Paget-Brown, has a big clean up job on his hands. The self image of K&C as a benevolent and extravagant Victorian philanthropist (funded by tax payers money) is an abomination that needs to be snuffed out. Hornton Street needs to come down to earth and become aware of the world that we actually live in.
ReplyDeleteKeep exposing the rot, Dame. The Conservative Administration in Hornton Street should be hanging their heads in shame. They are letting themselves down, letting the Conservative Party down and letting their residents down. Low quality people
ReplyDeleteA new Leader is only "new" once. A huge opportunity for Nick Paget-Brown to chart a new course for K&C and make it a relevant Council of the 21st Century
