THERE'S MONEY IN THAT THERE CARING!

Spencer & Arlington, who was supposed to be looking after dangerous Jonty Bravery, boast of having Westminster City Council as a client.
Is this relevant to RBK&C taxpayers? Possibly.
RBK&C has a bi borough relationship with WCC Adult Care so we need to know whether we have been helping the owners of Spencer & Arlington build up a multi-million pound property empire.

Possibly they won the lottery and that helped their property owning 'self caring' but the Dame suspects it more likely the portfolio was funded by the fees paid out by a whole bunch of councils. 
Council and outsourcing....what can go wrong!

    There has always been a plague of insects feeding off the public purse. Mr and Mrs Ali (aka Spencer and Arlington) a typical example of modern day rodent.

    Town Halls need to be shamed into dropping them. The Dame does a great service by exposing this low life
