The Dame is sad to report the death of Tott Brill.
As Assistant Chief Executive of the Council she was responsible for the implementation of the Exhibition Road shared surface and the transfer of Opera Holland Park into private hands.
The Dame and Tott had their tussles but it is always sad to report such news of someone so young and talented.
