WEIRD PSEUD TALKING BOLLOCKS |
If you click on the link below you can see a YouTube of Andy Bradley, the Brahma Kumaris big wig and contractor to the Rotten Borough talking absolute rot.
F4C BOSS BRADLEY TALKING DRIVEL
The Dame thought it was some sort of spoof, but apparently Andy specialises in these 'tortured looks' against a background of trees gently waving in the wind.....
But for a really good larf you have to listen to his nutty thinking!
No wonder participants at his F4C courses( which we pay for) go away very confused....
What a perfect pseud!
I'm not saying it's ok - it's decidedly NOT ok - but I would like to repeat the actual information I posted a few days ago. As far as I can discover, there was a spate of this blx in March 2013, nothing before and nothing after. If anyone knows otherwise, please say so. If not, it was a ridiculous waste of £14k in just one year, over three sessions. So it is perfectly possible that the Emperor was indeed found to be stark naked, and 'exposed'. Just sayin'.
ReplyDelete'Having gone back to 2010, there are payments to Frameworks 4 Change Ltd in the year 2012-13; that's all I've found to date.
15.3.13 - £2,002.30
6.3.13 - £1,950
28.3.13 - £9,765.80'
There was a lot more than that. I was present at some of it. The problem is they have used various means to get the funding through for this eg a huge chunk of the recent stuff comes out of NHS so called Winter Pressure funds funded on the recommendation of the Commissioning Support Unit to Hammersmith & Fulham CCG whose Chairman it appears, nodded it through. The most recent course was for Social Care Managers and it was a four day "Compassionate Leader" course with graduation at the end. It went ahead as AB posted photographs of the confused and bemused who were made to attend it. Because there would appear to have a degree of "creativity" around which budgets were used it will need a comprehensive FOI request. The report which went to the CCGs indicated further funding over and above what I can see is a commitment of 10k per CCG in the Tri Borough area may be approved. That is for one course alone. He has run several events and public consultations including for the Home Care contracts. It is so messy it needs someone with an eye for figures and a nose for odour of rodent to sort it all out. This company does not come cheap.
DeleteForgive me, I just checked the paperwork I have acquired and in fact 20k per CCG was approved in November 2013. It is probably not showing up yet as the course took place in this Summer so I assume payment would be made after that. I have the 2012/13 "training & development" spreadsheet and I with my dire arithmetic I can see around 17k on that alone. See what I mean? Transparent it is not.
ReplyDeleteFair enough 08.27, I just searched for the company name each year I could find. If they're still commissioning this nonsense it is of extreme concern. Regards, 08.19.
DeleteMaybe council skills.com and shagaholic.com both Roundell Buffoons brainchild should tie up with these clowns. They can spout bollocks together.
ReplyDeleteI thought this was a sketch from The Fast Show. Happy to charge K&C 50% of the reported total for my motivational course - six Californian psychobabble self-help manuals for me to regurgitate include.
ReplyDeleteIn principle there's little wrong in suggesting that people in local public service settings would benefit from engaging more as individuals. The message can be got across in a couple of bullet points on a sheet of paper. It's the mumbo jumbo and the money that are toxic. Tri-borough is a travesty
