This very unpleasant looking thing on the left is Siobhan Condon, the social worker who on Facebook bragged about her Family Court role in the removal of three children from their parents.
This vile and spiritually ugly woman said it was the most “amazing and extraordinary moment in my career”
So crass was Condon that her comment allowed the family to be identified.
This all happened whilst working for Essex County Council.
Instead of the uselessly thick judge hauling her up for contempt of court he left it to Essex County Council, who after much persuasion, got rid of her
That, you might have thought, would have been the end of the story; after all, the leather clad monster had been all over the national press so one assumed her career was over.
Not a bit of it.... Barking and Dagenham decide to employ her-despite her being found guilty of professional misconduct and being in every national newspaper!
Of course, no one at Barking and Dagenham Council will get fired and this vile apology for a social worker has doubtless been sent home on full pay.
Maybe our old friend Andy'the Guru' Bradley, needs to give her some of his 'compassion training'!
What a joke these councils are....
She looks like a piget
ReplyDeleteObviously did not go to a good school. No family background either. Just a load of Socialist inspired aspirations.
ReplyDeleteB movie person
ReplyDeleteCondon? Is she related to our Mayoress....
ReplyDeleteSiabhan(bog Irish) Condon(bog Irish)
What does one expect from some chipped on the shoulder, ill educated Irish peasant
Please, please, please Mr Bradley - come speak the words & spread the compassionate thinking on such a mis-guided social worker as Siabhan Condon.
ReplyDeleteStupid or beguiled by their own power they might have over us mere mortals.... Andi Ghandi - please help us find a place in the Golden Dawn to save the (arse) soul of such an 'honest' and hardworking (leather clad) Essex girl !
Andhi...... please help us in in the RBK&C to "Conquer a Callous World With The Purity Of Your Thought..... Amen (or should that be - Om Shunti) !
It's definitely - Um Shunti - and up your own are (soul) Bradley !
DeleteNICE..... that Mr Bradley (F4C) is now getting the same (bollocks) as he gave us in the compulsory 'compassion training' we had to undergo (on threat of disciplinary action)
DeleteI chose to be a Pineapple but, I am still thinking his methods or his ideas to be more than patronising and wholly out of step with us 'alienated' or hardworking professional practitioners.
Talk about money for old rope, I wish I could charge top dollar for coming out with such corny old 'new-age' bullshit !
Dear Dame
ReplyDeleteWhat on earth has this got to do with the hornet's nest that is at Kensington Town Hall - apart from offering a chance for vulgar snobs to mock an Essex girl?
The Dame is going to give you the benefit of the doubt and assume you are being ironic rather than stupid.
ReplyDeleteSiabhan Condon is not an 'Essex Girl'. Do your research, please.
She happens to be a senior social worker, who in the course of a Family Court hearing discussed the intimacies of the case in so casual and vulgar way as to identify the family and the children.
You ask what it has to do with K&C? The answer is in some of the comments suggesting that Frameworks4Change take her in hand and teach her compassion.
Now the Dame has given up enough of her valuable time.
And don't insult Essex Girls implying this vile person has any connection-other than a working one, with that fine county.
A few sessions in Andy's Compassion Shed in Hove should sort out the young lady. He also now has a "Vortex therapist and Megatron Healer" who claims descendence from Merlin working with him having recently expanded his team. Ex Tri Borough Commissioner Julia Patton is described on the website as "Flexible, welcoming and curious" making her a) sound like a postcard in an Earls Court phone box and b) more than a match for Ms Condon.
ReplyDeleteVery funny!!
DeleteUpdate from the Barking & Dagenham Post
ReplyDeleteSeptember 17, 2014 Wednesday
An investigation is under way after a social worker who bragged about children being taken into care on her Facebook page was employed by Barking and Dagenham Council.
Siobhan Condon, 41, who was found guilty of misconduct following the posts, landed a job as an agency รข ¨social worker as the council was unaware of her past.
Ms Condon has now been sent home and had her pay stopped while an investigation uncovers why council bosses did not know about the issues surrounding her, and re-evaluates the borough's vetting process.
Ms Condon was reported to the Health and Care Professions Council after posting a Facebook status that รข ¨described the removal of three children from their parents as an "amazing and extraordinary moment in my career" while working for Essex County Council in May last year.
She also boasted about how the judge had given the parents "a massive rollicking".
Her actions were brought into question following a complaint from the mother and a conduct and competence committee earlier this month ruled that Ms Condon's post gave enough information to identify the family.
Although she was not struck off, her contract with Essex County Council was ended with immediate effect.
A Barking and Dagenham Council spokesman said Ms Condon had been sent home as soon as the council รข ¨"became aware" of her misconduct.
"The council works hard to prioritise support for children in their own families," she added. "Their removal is an extreme measure and one which we would only take if no other alternative was safe for the children."
The council has informed Ofsted of its actions.
