WHO IS THE TOP SECRET 'PARTICULAR PERSON' CONNECTED TO HOLLAND PARK SCHOOL

The Dame likes to spend time perusing council papers and when anything comes up on that money pit Holland Park School her attention is much focused. Would an officer discreetly spill the dirt on this please?

    Some eagle eye has picked this out and quite rightly smells a rat. The school is currently "in play" and will be converted to Academy status (ie independence for the Headmaster) now that tax payers have coughed up for the £100 million vain glory project that did not create one extra school space. And then there is all the Cockell skullduggery that lies behind the project.
