The Bank should keep all confidential documents under lock and key and out of sight of Messr Mason and Dylan. 

Mr. Dylan has 2.5 years 'experience' of 'locks and keys' in Ireland.

CHINESE 'THAMES WATER' TORTURE

 This is Peng Chen chairman of the Peoples Republic of China's  'China Investment Corporation'. He looks a friendly sort of chap!

Close to 10% of Thames Water's equity is controlled by him....  further chunks by Abu Dhabi and Canada.

 Chen describes the Corporation's investment strategy 'as to seek maximum return with a zero risk tolerance'.

In other words to screw customers to achieve maximum dividend flow with minimal investment. This is why there has been little infrastructure investment and why Thames Water, with regularity floods our homes and rivers with sewage.

Thames Water's part-time £450k a year chairman Ian Marchant has just announced the departure Sarah Bentley, the hopeless CEO. In just four years she has cost the company around £4 million in golden hello's and goodbye's. He claims Bentley has done a good job!

In the middle 1950's my aunt was living in a Cadogan Place flat. 

Her husband was a bomber pilot shot down and killed in Libya. Money was tight. One day she received a visit from the estate's agent(in those days the London estate was run as if it were the country estate )

The purpose of the visit was to inform my aunt that Lord Cadogan was 'worried about his war widows' and wanted her to renew her lease for a nominal sum.

GET RID OF ALL STREET RUBBISH BINS: MOYLAN

Despite Lordly Moylan liking to boast of his intellectual prowess it is fair to say that he and common sense were firm enemies. 

When on the council Lordly decreed all 'street furniture, including litter bins should go: wise counsel did not prevail despite officers suggesting people would throw their litter on the streets and leave the hard-working Suez street cleaners to clear up. 

Wandsworth has temporary waste sacks fixed to railings so that people have somewhere to chuck their rubbish. In K&C ours have all gone so now street cleaners have to spend hours sweeping up and disposing of cans, food packages et al

Every day, throughout the Borough, the teams spend hundreds of hours cleaning the mess left by the 'anti-socials'. 

This is one of the reasons the Suez contract is costing taxpayers a fortune.

In areas where there is persistent litter.... such as surrounding garden squares, the Council should mitigate His Lordship's crass decision by re-installing rubbish bins.

Felicity Buchan has announced that the Government will pay out £150 million to help Ukranians refugees with their housing needs. 

This begs one question. 

Ukraine has some very seriously rich multi-billionaire class citizens. Many have fled to the South of France and are known as the 'Cannes Battalion.' You can see just loaded they are UKRAINE OLIGARCHS

A good but embarrassing question is this: how are super-rich Ukranians assisting their fellow citizens?

Maybe they are organising relief balls in Monaco but so far we have seen little evidence and once again it's left to the poor bloody British to shoulder the burden.

We need to know whether this government has done anything to try to get the Cannes Battalion to step up to the plate!

The British taxpayer is already spending billions on defence to Ukraine and rightly so.....but are Ukraine's rich doing anything to help?

LORD BAILEY OF BULLSHIT

Well dodgy duo....

Some years ago a friend invited the Dame to have a sandwich with Milord Bailey. 

Now the old Dame has come across some con merchants but Milordly Bailey is in a class of his own. 

For over an hour, he gabbled on in a vain attempt to make himself sound politically plausible: it was just so embarrassing. Soon it became clear that though full of peasant guile he had not one original idea...a sort of Erdogan!

How did he get into the Assembly (where he had a reputation for indolence and a 'no contact' policy with constituents) and the Mayoral nomination?

 Blame a couple of East End Etonians....Cameron and Johnson....Bailey's low friends in high places.

These two chancers saw in Shaun Bailey a less polished version of themselves. 

He managed to convince the duo he was the real 'black kid from the ghetto' deal. 

In reality, he came from a perfectly normal lower middle-class family living in a now £1m house.

Bailey is the best possible reason for now abolishing the Upper House.

By flaunting its relationship with the depraved and wicked Nazi Van Cleef & Arpels insults the memory of an Arpels killed in a concentration camp.

Gould once said, "Money doesn't care who owns it":

When the rebuild of St Mary’s was announced in 2020, Felicity Buchan was fast to praise Matt Hancock.

For secondary care, North Kensington residents are primarily served by St Mary’s while South Kensington and Chelsea residents in the main go to Chelsea and Westminster.
