DEADLINE FOR OBJECTING TO THE DESTRUCTION OF SUTTON DWELLINGS IS TODAY.

Today is the FINAL DAY for objecting to Affinity Sutton's greed driven plan to destroy Sutton Dwellings.
Please click HERE and take just a minute to help halt this act of vandalism.

It is vital that you do so....mysteriously, many people have been complaining to the Dame that their objections are not appearing on the website.
This is outrageous and Mr Holgate needs to stop this interference in the democratic process

Here, also, is the link to Save Sutton Estate objection letter.....
It's hard hitting and unequivocal in its reasoning for stopping this development. Please click HERE

  1. Done. There is no justification for demolishing fine old homes for real Londoners, merely to replace them with empty flats for offshore money launderers. A short, sharp objection is all that's needed.

  2. There is no justification for demolishing and reducing social housing.

  3. These buildings were built by a charity set up by Thomas Sutton. The present proposals involve a big loss of affordable housing, as Lord Grantley has set out in his letter, and would give precedent for similar destruction of other charitable housing of which there is a great deal in Chelsea. To turn any of it into 'market' housing would defeat the objective of the charities which are as urgent these days as they were a century or more ago when they were set up.
