So when this council pretended it wanted to improve Parkwood Hall School what they meant was they intended to kick out the happy and settled children and convert the building into over one hundred apartments.
And another plan involved taking a wrecking ball to this fine building and building over one hundred houses!
KICKING OUT VULNERABLE CHILDREN |
If you don't believe the Dame just take a look at the plans Michael Clark and Rock Feilding -Mellen submitted to Sevenoaks District Council.
They are all HERE
Rock Feilding-Mellen needs his silly arse kicked very hard if he thought he could get away with this ruthless piece of Socially Conscious-less development.
Feilding-Mellen.....you are a disgusting piece of work. You should leave vulnerable children alone and go and play with your step father's assets. You even got beaten up by the Norfolk Bumpkins!
Was Cllr Fielding-Mellen the promoter of this scheme or was he bounced into it by Officers?
ReplyDeleteThe men behind the scheme, Fielding Mellon, Lightfoot, Padgett Brown. So let's ask Nick I am sure he would like to explain the Boroughs callous disregard of the most vulnerable. Where are you Palmer show us what you care about the choice is yours family or callous party.
ReplyDeleteLooks like the Dame has scuppered any chance of the Borough Judically Reviewing the decision of the Schools Adjudicator concerning the status of Parkwood. It would be difficult to argue their plan for the school presented to the adjudicator when they had another plan to build houses on the site, what a bunch of idiots, more fool us for electing them.
ReplyDeleteThis wretched scheme is not even the product of crack induced stupidity. It is naked greed
ReplyDeleteDo not crow too much about Cllr Mills. She is now a member of the Planning Committee and has sold out to the gravy train.
DeleteBe under no illusion that K & C intends to house our poor in leafy Kent. Horton Street is selling every publicly owned asset it can, to build yet more vast, empty, "homes" in the Rotten Borough. Our "excess" poor people are regularly shipped out as far away as possible. The resulting lack of minimum wage workers is resolved by bussing in Westminster & Brent's paupers. Fewer such menials are needed anyway, since K & C has so few residents. Pockets duly lined. Mission accomplished.
ReplyDeleteThe policy to gentrify the Royal Borough has become institutionally entrenched. Even crackhead is making money via his "consultancy" company.
DeleteIt is very unfair to group all our councillors together. Tim Coleridge has clearly stated that any plans that reduced the number of social housing places in the borough would be summarily rejected, and should be applauded for standing up for social housing.
DeleteYes, and one should never forget that it was Tim C and Victoria Borwick who stood side by side with residents in order to defeat Moylan's dumb plan to eradicate Sloane Sq.
DeleteYes but Coleridge supported the sen transport contract, that caused horrendous stress to families, he was part of the number sent in to vote down the Labour motion.
DeleteWhat sort of lowlife scum do we have as officers and councillors in RBK&C
ReplyDeleteFirst they come for the elderly and infirm and close Thamesbrook.
Then they go after social housing at the Wornington Green, Cremorne and Sutton Estates.
And now these filth go after our children with special needs.
The only interests they serve are those of developers and overseas interests.
I would hate to think that they are just looking for jobs for themselves, and on a completely separate subject, congratulations to Sir Merrick Cockell for his new job as chairman of a property development consultancy.
With all due respect to the Dame, Sloane Square is a road junction. This is about people and their human rights versus cash!
ReplyDeleteThe Dame doesn't disagree, but she does think that Tim C has a higher developed of right and wrong than certain colleagues. In this reference to him it was more to do with his stance on social housing.
ReplyDeleteThe way the council has behaved over Parkwood Hall School is sickening.
Most of us lucky enough not to have to worry about our children's education, yet the children of Parkwood Hall have none of the advantages and are not pawns to play with to satisfy this money grubbing lust for adding to reserves. And what happens to reserves? They are frittered away on damned fool schemes and marbled roads.
The Dame thinks that our Cabinet is very common and vulgar.
The way this Cabinet has behaved regarding disabled children is utterly disgusting. They have yet again been caught out lying and showing their complete contempt for the most vulnerable...disabled children. Shameful.
ReplyDeleteDear Dame, you have done some good work on your blog over the years, but I am mystified by your comment,"Protecting the weak used to be an old fashioned Tory quality." I am considerably younger than you, but at least since Thatcher's time protecting the weak hasn't been the business of the Tory Party by and large. It strikes me that you are shocked that the Tories in RBKC are out of touch, arrogant and selfish and primarily concerned with the welfare of the well-off. There are some honourable exceptions and some decent Tory Councillors in RBKC, but the ideology of the Tory Party is for smaller government and a reduced role for the state. In practice that means less help for the vulnerable, so I struggle to see why you are so surprised when the Tories cut services and victimise the poor and the weak.
ReplyDeleteThe "One Nation" Tories that you seem to yearn for have been increasingly irrelevant for many years.
Let us be clear that the scoundrels and slackers in North Kensington need to forced off benefit and into work. But the vulnerable need to be sheltered. There is no justification for the Parkwood scandal. It is to be hoped that the Dame will bring the rotters to justice - she has started well by exposing them. Especially the fraud Mellen.
DeleteCllr Fielding-Mellen is a ghastly public school boy who lets down everyone around him. Including himself. Lisping crapper.
DeleteThe Dame is 93 so give the old thing a break....she revels in nostalgia
ReplyDeleteStill no comment on the RBKC website that they lost their spiteful reference to the Schools' Adjudicator over the Parkwood Hall school re-designation as a foundation trust school.
ReplyDeleteThey still have the 'con' consultation on their website? As if they give a damn. 'Kensington Tory" 16.19 you're comments about the people of North Kensington demonstrates the typical Tory cowardly ignorance. There are more scoundrels and slackers from Hornton Street down but with better accents who are greasing their way up to the North where little Tarquin can live happily amongst a proper community rather than empty streets.
ReplyDeleteKensington Tory would like to say 'Blacks' and probably uses a more old fashioned term in private when he talks about the 'scoundrels and slackers in North Kensington.' His approach is typical of Kensington Tories: fearful of people who don't look like him; unable to cope with nuance; brain-gears grinding and failing to manage anything more complex than Goodies and Baddies.
DeleteAs The Dame endlessly uncovers, Kensington Tories do not need State support (though they grasp at child benefit and winter fuel allowance like starving dogs) but those now in power and their disgusting minions - that's you 16:19 - are venal, stupid, corrupt and vicious. Mainly stupid. Which is just as well. If you were able to think just a little better than "Poor Little Backward Kiddies vs Scrounging Scum" you might be dangerous.
He is a crack head. 2 weeks before the fire he was in london and i saw him smoking crack in a hotel with shaun lennon . hes now staying with shaun in new york. the guy smokes crack for fs
