ONE MAN'S GREED WILL HIT THOUSANDS

Tens of thousands of residents live within a mile radius of David Graham's Old Court House in Walton Street.
For two years, each and every one could have their lives blighted so a selfish bachelor billionaire can create a mega basement on top of the existing one.

DANGER ZONE!

So who is the one unaffected resident? Yes, you guessed..... the mighty Mr Graham.
Whilst the work goes on, with lives disrupted and children put at risk, the unpleasant and arrogant Graham will base himself at his St Tropez spread.

The map shows, in red, the route the 25-ton lorries will take every day for two years....up to 30 of them daily!

Roads in blue will be a traffic jam nightmare from knock-on effect.

Pollution levels are already at danger levels and this traffic will push them sky high.

TWO YEARS OF THIS
IS THIS WHAT YOU REALLY WANT?
The route proposed by Mr. Graham goes down Walton Street, into Pont Street exiting left into Sloane Street and on to Sloane Square.

30 of these monsters daily!

That is the Construction Traffic Management Plan proposed by Savills.
If you are a client of Savills you should change agents: they are not friends of the local community.
Please alert your friends and don't forget to tell the Council what you think of this crazy plan CLICK HERE TO TAKE ACTION

It will take just one minute to object.

  1. There are two major reasons to object to this insensitive and self regarding man's plan:
    a. He has a basement so the the Council cannot grant permission
    b. There can be no ConstructionTraffic Management Plan which will protect residents from noise, pollution, dust and danger to their children.
Graham knows this but obviously puts his interests above those of others.
He's become a bloody nuisance to the neighbourhood.

    1. Mr Downes has summarised this very well. The Planning Committee needs no further advice.

Downes hits the nail on the head. The Construction Traffic Management Plan should be called the Mismanagement Planhttps://fromthehornetsnest.blogspot.com/logout?d=https://www.blogger.com/logout-redirect.g?blogID%3D1690720220183337557%26postID%3D7691235055516299401

    3. The Hornet picture shows the Bentley, Cllr Palmer lobbing a grenade, Clle Coleridge swinging on his wrecking ball, Cllr Moylan's jet plane for delivering his Council papers to Thailand, and Cllr Mellen's head drill. All in the expensive setting of Hornton Street.

A huge public expenditure of Council Tax to support puffers and destructors.

      Its barking mad.

  2. It is beyond belief that the Council is even prepared to discuss this. Let alone give planning permission.

  3. Please google "RBKC planning." Once on RBKC's planning website, go to "simple search." Enter "PP/17/00133." Nothing else is necessary. Then click on this application number. Up will come several options. Click on "comment" and object in the box provided as much detail as possible, including J. Downes' helpful comments above.

It's easy. I've just done it. Everyone, please join in objecting to this scandalous proposal.

  5. The implications of this selfish Planning Application are horrendous. I have looked at your Danger Zone map. If this goes ahead us local residents will have two choices:
a)Sit in our car or a taxi and get stuck in traffic going nowhere
b)Walk down the affected streets and breathe in the most polluted air in London
That is the choice that we shall face every morning for TWO YEARS.
