Jonathan Bore, the much-disliked Planning boss at K&C seems to be very hate-filled towards the Dame
(see above)
You can read his full witness statement to the Grenfell Enquiry HERE
Bore, in his introduction, positions himself as one of the succession of shortlived planning bosses...all seem to have left, in short order, with their pensions, to do other things.
One predecessor he does mention is Mike French.
The Dame seems to think Mr French had some 'issues'.
Please inform the Dame.
Incidentally, the Tribunal Chairman does not share whatever Bore feels about the Hornet.
He described it as a breath of fresh air...so there, Mr Bore!
I have read Jonathan’s witness statement. He is entirely correct - FTHN is filled with people who hold only malice in their hearts and seek to personally insult anybody they disagree with. It is a cesspit and he was right not to give this filthy excuse of a blog a second glance.

ReplyDelete19:09? a cesspit you like to wallow in? I suppose you must be one of his planning lackeys!
ReplyDeleteWas there not a whiff of scandal about the going of Mr French?
ReplyDeleteThose like this man who hate the Hornet have a reason. The reason is that the Hornet settles on bad people and give them a sting they don't like. The Hornet has been a huge force for good in a council with mason like codes of secrecy. As the judge said..."like a breath of fresh air".
ReplyDeleteAs director of Planning want to make sure he is well distanced from the Grenfell Tragedy. In his words..." I only suggested an 'Urban Palate' for the cladding. What the fuck is an Urban Palate, Mr Bore?
ReplyDeleteSir Martin Moore Bick has taken much note of the Hornet. The Hornet is not a "cesspit" in which to wallow. It exposes incompetents employed by the Council and the many charlatan local politicians of all, and no, political parties.
ReplyDeleteThe Grenfell Inquiry has issued notices to those whom it intends to criticise.
Does anyone know who is on the Moore Bick list?
Is Bore on the list?
I am sure it must be a long list.
It would be marvellous if someone clever with words could do a version of Gilbert and Sullivans Mikado List for those who are going to be exposed by the Grenfell Tower Inquiry.
DeleteBore says, "Most people were kind and courteous" when they wrote to the Planning Department of the Council and others were not.
ReplyDeleteI hope Sir Martin Moore Back knows that kindness and courtesy was never extended by the people employed at the KCTMO.
As soon as a tenant was declared "toxic," or "blacklisted' for not rolling over, the toxicity percolated down to TMO Workers and to TMO Board Members who knew that they were expected to add to any tenants' toxic ranking in the TMO.
You can ask Emma Dent Coad, she agreed with me when I discussed with her the attitude of people working at the TMO - Gordon Perry, Redmond Lee, Robert Black, Sasha Jevans, Yvonne Birch, Peter Maddison and Sheila Belgrave come to mind.
Just look at how vile Black's lot were to Grenfell activists most of whom were more intelligent than nay of those who found themselves on the TMO's payroll.
I remember Mrs Belgrave. Before she joined the TMO, she was the Lead Inspector for the Government's Housing Inspectorate's Inspection of the TMO.
DeleteThe TMO got a three star rating from the Housing Inspectorate in 2006 - something that was reserved by Government for the best housing providers in the Country. As a consequence of that inspection, the TMO got a further £12 million grant from the taxpayer. A lot of money for something that was so bad.
Just how did the TMO get those three stars and £12 million extra?
I know it was a long time ago but £12 million is £12 million from the taxpayer just like Dylan's £13 million from Barclays Bank.
I remember Sheila Belgrave. she was an aggressive woman.
DeleteThere was an impossible woman in TMO Leaseholder Services who was loyal to the TMO's regime of the day. One of those to whom she was loyal left under a cloud when pornography came to light on his computer.
ReplyDeleteShe shouted at me and really upset me. I wanted to complain about her but Mrs Evans, the CEO , and Mrs Belgrave, would have defended her. They always did.
She caused another leaseholder an enormous amount of stress, (just like she did to me) he was very upset too. Unfortunately that poor man died a few days later.
I don't know who she thought she was.
As usual, the debate has moved away from the original post. Returning to the issue; Bore was far from perfect. Yet he did significantly clean up RBKC's Planning Dept. There was time when certain architects openly boasted that they could drive any plan through, in any conservation area, for a very fat fee. They were not lying. Anyone questioning the situation was punished.
ReplyDeleteSince then, RBKC Planning may not be perfect, but it is greatly improved; largely serving the community rather than those with the deepest pockets. Tragically, this now smacks of stable doors and bolting horses.
