THE DAME GETS EMOTIONAL FOR BILLIONAIRE'S WIFE WHO SHOULD HAVE KEPT MUM

Even the hard-boiled Dame shed a few tears as she listened to Julie Darwent rabbiting on in support of the Avon House application.

Why was the Dame so moved? 

Well, it seems that Julie is desperately looking for a care home for her mum and there are none in Central London. 

Does Julie know Bimbo Hart, the developer? We should be told. 

Is her husband's Private Equity firm, Lion, involved with Bimbo? 

Again, we need a denial.

Hubby, Robert Darwent, is a billionaire investor in a number of brands such as Weetabix, Jimmy Choo, Bird's Eye etc.

Now, you would have thought that Julie would have kept mum at home in their 9 bedroomed, £36 million house in Cottesmore Gardens (below) rather than shunting her off to the country.

The Dame hopes to be better treated by her family
