PROSECUTE THE DRIVER OF MERCEDES REG B10 OWX

Tonight at around 7.00 pm the drivers of these two cars circled around Harrods deliberately creating loud backfiring. It continued for 40 minutes with the express intention of upsetting people.

There was a witness to this anti-social behaviour so let us see if action will be taken. 

We need audio cameras in the vicinity of Harrods with urgency.

    The residents of Earls Court have been putting up with this thuggery for nearly two years. It's apparently down to the Mayor as to where he will allow cameras to go...so don't hold your breath. To my knowledge there are already cameras around Harrods because of these issues. These thugs make everyones life a misery but who cares....

    A big issue is that if a member of the public sees this behaviour they can report it but the driver just gets a warning letter
