A MONTAGE OF MISERY.....THANKS TO THAMES WATER. IT MUST NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN

This is the state of one victim's Holland Park flat after tons of sewage entered. 

It is not just about the physical damage: it is also the emotional and health damage this irresponsible company allowed to happen. Thames Water hopes we will all go away. 

We must never let that happen

    We were severely flooded in 2007 in St.James’s Gardens. Happily our insurance paid up in full. What’s different this time ?
