Our MP, Felicity Buchan is holding Thames Water's feet to the fire and allowing them no quarter.
The Dame has heard that she has been probing deeply into the catastrophic floods that have so benighted the lives of residents.
The Dame says the inquiry should not be 'in-house': it needs to have independent members like, for example, Amanda Frame of the Kensington Association and others like Marion Gettleson who have gone through this hell.
Buchan says, "Thames Water has agreed with me that they hold an inquiry into how they performed."
Well done, Felicity....we need answers from these overpaid clowns
ReplyDeleteI wonder when we are going to hear from Greg Hands?
ReplyDeleteHands is a busted flush. Has gone off the boil for a few years now. Waste of space.
ReplyDeleteBuchan is on her stride. She needs to take a really high profile on this one and rope in the Assembly Member as well, Tony Devenish
Hands is a busted flush. Emma Dent Coad is another busted flush. We need leadership and decisiveness. We need good candidates fighting the fight.
DeleteBusted flush? Or flash in the pan.
DeleteThis war against Thames Water should be fought cross party. Ian Henderson should be involved
DeleteHenderson is a bucket load of common sense, good judgement and public spirit. We need more like him.
DeleteAmanda Frame would relish the limelight of an inquiry. And Marion Guttleson is noted for going very loud off message. Put them together in a cage and we have three lionesses in a cage. Would be fun to watch.
