At that time Kwasi was fiddling around doing a bit of research work. What was noticeable was his absolute charm and genuine interest in people-especially those feeling a bit lost amongst the great and not so good.

Agree with what you say about Kwarteng however he put his foot in it supporting Cameron over his lobbying on behalf of Greensill
