Anyway, you might wonder how the Dame knows the author is none other than Cllr P.
Well, it's pretty unintelligible for a start and the spelling and grammar have all the hallmarks of the buffoon.

This blog is descending into horrible personal comments verging on hate crimes (in the NK vernacular). What on earth is NK?
I thought trolls like the nasty-minded of yesterday were now despised.
Please try to elevate your content and the political tone to ideas and concepts and interesting pragmatic policies worthy of intelligent debate.
The Dame has exposed herself as a caricature out of East-Enders and has nothing but herself and her editorial sensibilties to blame (Cameron self-publicist).
Please try harder. At least be decent and intellectually rigouous and show some integity....

ReplyDeleteA recent attempt by Matthew Palmer to have an "intellectual debate" was to respond to a topical post on the Nextdoor site about social housing in Nortb Kensington by just needlessly having a go at local residents and then confusing the term of "social cleansing" with ethnic cleansing......

ReplyDeleteBecause it's a safe ward and the votes just come in whatever he does. Also Cllr Palmer sits on the Housing and Property Scrutiny Committee and all he does is make silly jibes and play at cheap political point scoring rather than ask insightful questions about some of the most important issues in RBKC right now. It's embarrassing, but his colleagues appear to tolerate this

ReplyDeletePeople in the Town Hall public gallery have noted Palmer's puerile and frequently offensive comments during council meetings. He is clearly audible as he sits at the back. Widely regarded as an idiot. The mayor as chair, makes no attempt to challenge him. Suggests the conservatives support his 'interventions'.
ReplyDeletePalmer at his most obnoxious during last nights council budget meeting. Attempted one of his puerile 'interventions' during Councillor Atkinson's speech. For once the mayor exercised some discipline. Palmer even made a speech himself much to the amusement of the public gallery. Inept and constructed from poorly assembled platitudes. A delight for Palmer watchers. He seemed to be struggling to complete the Evening Standard crossword - but it is quite challenging. He then had to rely on his phone to occupy him as following the debate was too much for his limited attention span.
