Ring Fence Aid For The Disabled. Send Monckton to the Lords

"Who will help them when we die" is the question Rosa Monckton poses as she launches an e-petition to persuade Government to ring fence aid for the disabled. By not doing so she says,  "we may get some very nicely painted town halls but not what some of the country’s most vulnerable people need."
Parents of the disabled live in fear of what will happen to their children when they die.

 If Rosa get this through then it means 'Cradle to Death Support' for our vulnerable.

So far the Petition has got over 100,000 signatures and a Commons debate is planned.


Those of us worried about the future of Full of Life will be keen to sign up to the petition. You can do so and read the story here. What a great shame we don't have politicians like Rosa representing us. She should be sent to the Lords immediately. Her brief? To champion the disabled.

    Fantastic idea, for years this money has been whittled away on salaries that do nothing, except create paper mountains that are meaningless on the ground where the real world of parents, carers and vulnerable people literally exist.

    In fact their paper mountains simply create a whirlwind of instability for the most vulnerable people.... The non magic roundabout of the caring world.

    And the worst thing of all.. local authorities including this one whipping away money that was meant to be given to vulnerable groups and using it for other things.

    Why and how you may ask, because they can and because they have a 'star' rating! based on their supposed management.

    Well lets look at that, Chelsea Care, The Origami Museum, Exhibitionist Road, Bentleys, hOperas, Expenses, alleged child pornographers, the list will go on and on!

    Monckton is motivated for all the right reasons (she has personal experience) and knows what she is talking about.

    She also knows her way around the world of affairs and is worth backing because she will get results.

    Sadly it is not only children with learning difficulties being ignored. All disabled babies, children and adults face the same financial hardships under the new Welfare reform Bill They all deserve a chance in society without being called scroungers and being victims of the wrongs of their peers.We as disabled people need to stand together and make this gov listen to us.
