His responsibilities at Hammersmith and Fulham Council cover Children and Education.
The Dame has heard from an impeccable source the Council has been advising teachers to skip the vaccination queue by claiming to be carers.
Cllr Cowan, the council leader, needs to come clean and email the Dame with a denial.
If true, it means H&F are putting at risk the lives of those in genuine need of the vaccination

ReplyDeleteHard to keep up with Kensington and Chelsea Labour. The current "Leader" is Cllr Pat Mason. A real "chip on the shoulder" ex shipyard worker who is not really made for Kensington. He jars at meetings, is inarticulate and repetitive, and has great difficulty stringing thoughts together. Council Leader dizzy Campbell rarely conceals her contempt and is routinely short and rude to Mason when he utters his nonsense. He replaced the moderate and sensible Cllr Keith Atkinson, ousted by the Trots in North Kensington who now provide the defacto Leadership of Labour under Cllr Dent Coade and her sidekick (the smooth Persian) from St Pauls School. A sorry state of affairs.

DeleteIn the 60's, I knew a woman who moved to Chelsea when her husband made it big. She told everyone that her name was 'Jody.' The game was up when her mother from Homerton came to stay and called her "June" in front of the Chelsea Set. I have never forgot her saying, "No one calls me June these days mum, I am now Jody."
