SOLEMN REQUIEM MASS AT BROMPTON ORATORY

 

At 11am on Sunday 11th September a Solemn Requiem Mass will be offered for the repose of the soul of HM Queen Elizabeth II, with heartfelt thanks to Almighty God for her Christian life and witness. May God bless her son, HM King Charles III.

    All over the country, local communities are paying their respects to the late Queen and her incredible record of service.

    Last evening at St Mary Abbots Church, the parish church of Kensington, there was a service of prayer for Elizabeth. The Mayor was present in his official capacity to welcome members of the public. But no sign of the Leader and not a single Councillor present. A disgrace. I repeat. A disgrace. Another failure of leadership by dizzy

    The £1m per year PR Department in Hornton Street which is so focused on the Leader's self promotion, puffing, and useless "consultations" should have done something meaningful and informed residents and Councillors about the service of prayers for the Queen at St Mary Abbots Church

    This Council, under the Leadership of self absorbed Elizabeth Campbell, has lost touch with residents. And does not care. Whether it is the appalling Grenfell episode or the failure to sense and engage with mourning for the Queen, it is an expensive self seeking bureaucracy that is designed to push out socialist style dictates about what is best for Kensington and Chelsea men, women and children.. There is not one ounce of Conservative blood in this rotten body

    There would be uproar is Campbell got any reward. She was a Cabinet member, like Weale, at the time of Grenfell. Weale dropped out knowing she would be in the firing line

    Like disgraced Cllr Cockell, dizzy Campbell is obsessed with the House of Lords. A goal she craves after private school funded by dad's earnings from a Hong Kong Trading House. Jardines employed many ambitious and pushy Brits who could not make it at home. Easy money for second raters
