CLLR COLERIDGE DECLARES WAR ON OLD CHELSEA

Forget the spelling: think of the sentiment.
By the way, the Dame has heard that Cllr Coleridge has been boring all who will listen how he intends to haul Chelsea into the 21st cent- whether residents like or not.
Chris Lenon made a major mistake in holding the meeting in Chelsea Town Hall. 
It was plain to see Cllr Coleridge was eyeing up the ornate Victorian fabric and pondering whether he could 'modernise' it.
Having illegally destroyed the Kensington Town Hall the Council probably have all Victoriana in their sights.
Luckily, the Albert Hall is in WCC....
