JACK MASON AND SCOTT DYLAN COMPLAIN TO THE DAME!

This comment below was placed by friends of Mason and Dylan.

He asks why the Dame is gunning for Mason and Dylan: simple answer? Numerous victims of these two read the Dame. One from 2006 wrote to the Dame with details of Dylan's 'issues' in 2006 and the anger of victims.

He goes on to portray his friends as victims.

This is what Judge Rajah had to say about the duo.

The judge described Mason’s “various explanations” of the transfer of shares to be “deliberate falsehoods” and “deliberately false evidence intended to deceive the Court”.

One gets the distinct impression the judge thinks Mason, Dylan and Antrobus are not to be trusted!

And this is what the British media had to say:

A comment....

"I've always wondered why The Dame seems to have such a big problem with these individuals. (Anyone having dealings with these two has big problems)

Once again, it looks like The Dame is presenting a heavily biased narrative, similar to what we often see from The Business Desk, which, let’s be honest, isn’t really providing a balanced view of the situation in the true sense. (The truth and balanced view is as the judge lays out: are you suggesting Judge Rajah is part of a vendetta?)

You can tell that the journalist writing these stories has a vendetta. (No, the journalist is just one of many who have understood how Dylan and Mason operate)

It feels like they’re more interested in stirring up controversy rather than considering the emerging facts. From what I’ve gathered, it appears that Barclays' own employees caused this situation, and now they seem to be trying to silence those involved through costly legal battles. (Oh, so now it's Barclays fault that the duo were able to abstract close to £14 million...the Dame better try this one!)

Isn't this turning into a real David vs. Goliath story? How can anyone possibly take on both a major bank and the media and hope to come out on top? (Don't take £14m off a major bank is the answer and then you won't need to worry about getting your arses kicked)

I genuinely feel sorry for these individuals. (More fool you)

Come on, The Dame, you’re better than this one-sided coverage."
So, instead of legal threats and Google take downs why have you not tried to justify your history...especially the 2006 experience in Ireland?

Well, Dame, I don't know about you but I have scraped better off my shoe.

I am sure they will pick up some choice foul language when they are languishing in one of His Majesty's Prisons - the sort of language that one would not dream of normally using.

I hear that Prison Officers now serve a glass of M&S Champagne in the vans that take convicts to prison.

    2. Champagne in the prison van - no need to worry about PTSD with all this touchy feely care and support.

  3. Do the normal working class residents of RBKC actually care about any of this petty and trivial bullshit?

    1. Yes, definitely there were victims of Mason and Dylan who were victims of their Maker & Son misbehaviour. Trivial? These guys have records of deception going back years.

    2. I think that the Dame has put the wind up them.

    3. Yes, RBKC residents do care about people being conned.

@ 17.59 - Is it true that one of them went to ******** in Northern Ireland for o*******s relating to banks going way back? Step forward whichever one of you it was. Do not keep us in the dark. This is a matter of public interest.

Do you know what the Fraud Squad are not on to them?

    5. No need to edit anything, my dear Dame.

in law, it is not possible to defame a class of persons. It is for this reason that I did not mention the one who went to prison by name.

  4. Dylan has just launced a $130m fund to invest in AI yet is claiming legal aid!!!!!

  5. I hear that Mason claimed not to be able to attend court due to an appendix removal despite leaving hospital the next day and that the op was months before. Dylan also claims to suffer from PTSD but the judge found the medical evidence to be 'wanting'

    1. "The con is over" so says the Dame's best hornet and Mr Justice Rajah.

PTSD and an Appendicectomy, my eye.

Doctors in His Majesty's Prison Service can treat these conditions. When specialist hospital care is required, the prisoner is taken to hospital handcuffed to a Prison Officer.

  7. It is a pity that the one who claims to have PTSD did not think about the consequences of imprisonment before he breached the Court Order. This man has no respect for the majesty of the law; criminal or civil. He pursues various courses of unlawful, possibly illegal, activity and then has the cheek to argue he cannot do the time because of PTSD.

  8. My business suffered at the hands of these crooks. I went to the Insolvency Service who wrote to me saying court proceedings against Mr Dylan had been halted because of his claim to suffer from PTSD. This was 4 years ago so he seems to trot it out whenever prison looms again. Justice at last.

  9. Dante's Inferno.16 August 2024 at 08:51

"He pursues various courses of unlawful, possibly illegal, activity" with impunity because he claims PTSD to suggest he is unsuitable for imprisonment. How ridiculous!

There are plenty of seriously disturbed people doing time in Belmarsh's Hospital Wing; many of them are very hard cases. The Prison Service looks after them and the Prison Governor keeps a kind watchful eye on them with regular visits to the Prison Hospital Wing.

A Con Artitst will not con the hard bitten prison officers in Bellmarsh who are past masters at dealing artful, disturbed prisoners. Nor will he con Community Psychiatric Nurses who know every genuine manifestation of PTSD; nor for that matter the Prison Doctor.

If he does manage to con any of them, he won't be let out. He will be transferred to one of special hospitals for convicts where the quote from Dante's Inferno is most apt
............Abandon all hope, ye who enter here.............

  10. Can you imagine Myra Hindley, Rose West or Harold Shipman saying they have PTSD and cannot be sent to prison because they have got it.

They were all seriously disturbed but they all went to prison.

    1. Myra Hindley suffered PTSD after some prisoner threw a caustic chemical in her face in HMP Holloway back in 1977. They did not let her out. Myra lay in Holloway doing "Life" until they were ready to move her to another penal establishment.

Would the Dame agree with me that,
........they seemed to know how to deal with PTSD in the sixties and seventies.

  11. Dear Glorious, Gracious, Lady, the Dame Hornet of Hornton Street,

Do you agree that no matter how full are prisons are that room must be found for Contemners and Shysters like this trio?

I think you have well and truly "put the wind up them."
