ReplyDeleteAs for the Lib Dem candidate, William Houngbo, I have a feeling he probably is quite HoUng. It’s likely that he would PERFORM well in this election.

I am sure we all listen to the Green Party. This war started when Hamas chose to murder, mutilate and kidnap innocent people. Hamas runs Palestine so recognising a state run by brutal religious maniacs who hate democracy and any religion other than the Religion of Peace is not going to end well

ReplyDeleteEDC must know that she is most likely to be defeated. Her top dog mentality has brought out a vicious, vengeful, streak. She seeks to avenge the humiliation of being seen off by Labour by standing against them.
DeleteLabour seriously needs to be aware that part of what Coad is banking on is the fact that her name is widely known and that some voters will end up casting votes for her mistakenly thinking it's a Labour vote. Remember that chap who stood as a "Literal Democrat" and got Lib Dem votes? Not every voter reads the small print or is politically switched on. Labour aren't doing Joe Powell or themselves any favours by putting leaflets through North Kensington doors with no mention or even a picture of Joe Powell on there and nothing about Kensington in them. The only picture was of Keir Starmer. My next door neighbour actually thought Starmer was the candidate here!
ReplyDeleteThey really need better party communications to get Powell's name more widely recognised and make sure they don't accidentally lose too many of their voters to Coad, handing the seat back to the Conservatives.
Better communication from the Labour Party making it clear that Powell is the one is a very good idea.
ReplyDeleteSome pro-monarchists are going to vote for Coad because they believe she is royalty. Labour should exploit this bunkum and show her up for what she really is - a very unpleasant woman with race issues.
