The bane of our lives used to be the scream of high-powered cars tearing through our streets.
The acoustic cameras seem to be doing the job of deterring these selfish people. The Council should be congratulated for installing the cameras. Hopefully, with all the fines collected they have become self financing.
The increase in Council tax just announced is modest: good work.... but the search needs to continue to find savings.
The communications department is one obvious example. It spews out tedious unread rubbish ad nauseum.
