EMMA DENT COAD IS BUCHAN'S FAIRY GODMOTHER!

Felicity?..... You shall go to the ball!

Imagine for a minute being in Felicity Buchan's position.

Here you are, defending a thoroughly unpopular and disreputable Conservative Government in its dying days, your majority in Kensington is only 150,

Labour's dynamic young candidate Joe Powell is winning round your voters and even the most favourable boundary changes have added extra  Labour voters to the seat.

You would think it was game over.

Except it isn't.

Delusional enough to think she has a God-given right to represent Kensington and not content with being a mere councillor, Emma Dent Coad has decided to throw her hat into the ring and stand as an independent.

See the LINK

Since yesterday a fundraiser for EDC  has been encouraging her supporters to cough up  £30K towards her campaign bill.

In reality,  EDC has zero chance of winning as the seat is a two-horse race between Conservatives and Labour.

For all her left-wing posturing, all  EDC's parliamentary bid is likely to achieve is a split Labour vote, handing a victory against the odds to Ms Buchan and her party.

    3. If Emma was involved in Southwark and Bermondsey 40 years ago then why didn't she do anything to fight off the homophobic hounding and bullying of Peter Tatchell which ruined his chances and left the Lib Dems to take the seat? Just asking.

    4. Why didn't Emma do anything to fend off the homophobia in Bermondsey in the Battle for Bermondsey?

There was talk of homophobia in the Kensington CLP when Emma was in charge.

Can anyone enlighten us as to what went on?

Perhaps, the Dame can tell us? Our sovereign lady knows everything that goes on in Kensington and Chelsea.

Before we get denials of homophobia, from those who crawl up Emma's proverbial - racism, anti jewish tropes and homophobia go hand in glove. I should know I'm a Jewish lesbian.

    5. No, you've got that wrong there. EDC would have gone to the seat, like a lot of other left wingers did back then, with the intention of defending Tatchell, but then scarpered at the first sign of trouble. She's sat there and done nothing when fights have broken out in front of her in North Ken. She only ever cares about herself.

EMMA is gutless. She couldn't even stand up for Council tenants when she colluded with the Tories and the TMO.

Now she professes to be the only person that can represent Grenfell.

She ignored a reasonable request from a lady who lost her husband in the Grenfell fire. ~ Shame be on Emma for doing so badly and doing that poor woman down.

The lady whose husband died in the fire asked EDC not to sing the praises of the fire brigade. EDC praised the fire brigade and Sir Martin Moore Bick later found them seriously wanting. EDC lacks sound political judgement supporting the TMO to the hilt when she was on the TMO and ignoring the woman who had every right to ask her not to comment on the fire brigade on the night of the fire.

When this EDC objected to the appointment of Sir Martin Moore Bick as Grenfell Inquiry Chairman, she told the BBC she always did what her constituents wanted and they did not want Moore Bick.

So why didn't Emma, Grenfell's friend, do what the lady who lost her husband wanted her to do? She was at Corbyn's bidding, doing what he ordered. How could she refuse the Socialist Man of the People anything?

Emma always shied away from discussing Marxism telling us all that she was not Marxist. Gosh, she took us for fools. She later said, "My socialism is Corbyn's socialism." She unconditionally supported the policies of Jeremy "Marxist" Corbyn and conned us all with her anti-marxist line.

Anyone who so much as pushes a leaflet through a door on behalf of Emma Dent Coad risks automatic expulsion from the Labour Party. A campaign donation, however small, would also be enough for automatic expulsion, as would signing official nomination papers. Labour Party members should be vigilant and take pictures of those publicly campaigning for Dent Coad. The Conservative Party has the same rule--all it took to get Cllr Palmer expelled from the Conservative Party was a snapshot of him at a Brexit Party campaign stall in 2019. The snapshot was shared on Facebook and Palmer was immediately booted from the Conservative Party.

As for Emma's cronies still on the Council, if they campaign for Emma in any way they will be caught and quickly expelled from the Labour Party. Count on it. If the Councillors are smart they will quickly offer public support to Powell's campaign to insulate themselves against claims that they are backing Emma.

I think I read something from a Hornet about excrement being delivered to Ian but do not know of it is true. This talk of excreta sounds like one of Emma's supporters has a penchant for Socialism with Scatology.

I cannot recall all the details of the Mete Coban affair. As the late Cilla Black would say, there is always someone there to remind us?

I think Emma's left wingers should be monitored by the police.

    4. The Mete Coban email was written by labour insiders who were trying to undermine Kasim Ali’s campaign (he didn’t get a ringing endorsement from EDC btw - but was seen as being ‘too close’ to her, so he had to be shafted in some way and this is the best they could come up with)

As for the posters (there was no graffiti) on Felicity Fuchan’s door, these were from angry locals who have every right to protest as they please. No criminal damage occurred, nor any threatening or abusive behaviour. Her address is public knowledge (I note Emma’s address has been posted in many comments on this website over the years) and if Felicity can’t handle two posters on her door reminding her and her neighbours what a murderous Tory she is, tough luck. She oughta know what she’s letting herself in for. The woman who was too scared to show her face in north kensington the day after being elected

    5. 21:33 You appear to have had a part in this. A poster was glued to the door of residents who have no connections with Felicity & her party. There was graffiti daubed on the door too.
That is criminal damage & mindless vandalism.
Maybe you didn't take part in the incident I refer to or maybe you don't want to admit to getting the wrong address & causing upset to someone who has nothing to do with Conservatives, but that conduct is not in any way peaceful or acceptable.

    6. The truth about that email2 August 2023 at 11:32

There is a loose fringe group of residents who are not Labour members but are closely associated with momentum and some names on the far left. They were the writers of the email not Ali or the Labour Party. It was their way of supporting Ali to try to intimidate other candidates out of the selection process since they didn't have a vote.
The email was posted across social media and horrified members who saw it reported it. That was when Labour hq intervened in the selection.

Ali wouldn't have won with or without the intervention. He was trailing behind Powell in most of the rounds and Powell got most of the votes from the candidates who dropped out.

This group and their associates may need to be watched closely if the Kensington result doesn't go their preferred way and Powell or Buchan wins.

      Delete
    7. I had nothing to do with it, and genuinely don’t know who was behind it (but do know that EDC wasn’t involved). I fully support the people who took part, though. They did get her address correct.

      Delete
    8. Thank you for your "truth about that email." Words fail me.

To be a member of Momentum one has to be a member of the Labour Party. Therefore, I accept your assertion that the "loose fringe of residents" to which you refer are not Labour Party members but they are "closely linked to Momentum." I also accept that they are not card carrying members of Momentum and cannot be so because they are not in the Labour Party.

These residents support the now disgraced, far left MP, Jeremy Corbyn. He is a leading light in Momentum and wanted to move the Labour Party philosophically to the left. It, therefore, follows that this loose fringe of left wingers are congruent with Corbyn.

Emma Dent Coad is also congruent with Corbyn and by default "on all fours" with Corbyn and Momentum. She has even said, "My socialism is Corbyn's socialism." Her socialism, by definition, must, therefore, embrace Momentum's ideals.

What I want to know is just,
. how did this "loose group of fringe residents" know
. what to write in the email in question which some say . . resulted in Ali being shafted (Emma wasn't keen on him being . . selected) and Coban Mete being so upset and distressed.

These goings on are straight out of a Trotskyite playbook.

I am appalled at the firebombing incident at Ian Henderson's home. He was one of the few decent people in the Kensington CLP. He would have been an excellent MP but that would never have suited the egocentric, self-loving Emma Dent Coad. Those responsible for the execution of this crime together with anyone who brought this crime about by their endeavours should be doing time.

I do not agree with any politician, including their wife and kids, being subjected to intimidating conduct. I hope the police investigated this and spoke to Dent Coad "who just happened to be cycling past."

If Saint Ian is as excellent as you say he is, and if he supposedly had the backing of everyone in Colville, why did he not put his name forward for the Labour candidacy? He chose instead to support (and run) Mete’s campaign. If you’re so sure he’s an amazing guy, why didn’t he stand?

He also could’ve chosen to stand as an independent in the local elections but, again, didn’t. If people love him so much why doesn’t he try harder?

A firebomb might have had something to do with it. Someone tried to put the wind up him. Coad also cut up rough because he was seen helping out at a Foodbank whilst Flicka was there doing the same. Coad tried to get him shafted for that.

Dent Coad conniving with the daughter over the nominations in Colville ward might have had a bearing on Ian's decision. I I would vote for Ian or Joe but not for Coad

    6. Trotskyite Democracy In Action.3 August 2023 at 08:46

Dent Coad traduced Ian so badly when he attended meetings of Kensington CLP - all for her own career ends. She got people on the far left to join the CLP to support her and help her ostracise so many good people. She needed their support to shaft Henderson, Press, Healey and Nail. All very democratic but very, very, nasty.

Now remember, just how vile Emma Dent Coad was to the Black politician, Lord Bailey of Paddington - abusing him because he is Black and drawing a picture of him being hanged. It was sick and I thought she needed to see someone and have her head examined. Clearly, I was wrong, she wasn't mad but bad.

She was more spiteful than that to Ian Henderson. Ian was cleverer, more politically sophisticated and more capable than her. Unless you saw Emma in action, you would never believe what she was like to someone who would potentially keep her arse off the green leather benches in parliament. She was a desperate woman and no one was going to stop her in her quest to be close to the man she idolised, Jeremy Corbyn.

Emma colluded with the Tory TMO for years. The TMO became more and more high handed and, more and more arrogant because Councillors Like Emma never spoke out about it.

The Grenfell disaster came about because the Tory TMO knew best and would not listen to its many knowledgeable tenants who knew better than any of the Tory and Labour Councillors on the RBK&C.

      Delete
    13. No, 11.40. Emma Dent Coad has a nasty racist streak in her. Let me remind you that it is not just one incident of her drawing a Black cartoon character being hanged.

She has form for antisemitism - endorsing a social media feed which contained a virulent antisemitic trope which everyone knows is wrong. She had to show that she was on message with Corbyn. Her apology for this was not fulsome.

Emma claimed that she was just repeating the racist remarks of a Caribbean Grandmother when she abused Shaun, Baron Bailey of Paddington. Shaun said that not even the BNP had done such a good number on him. Emma knew perfectly well that these vile remarks that she repeated would appeal to the racially prejudiced which, is why she used them. I never believed her quotation marks explanation. She was not big enough to hang her head in shame and accept responsibility for what she did. She said it was someone else's racism. She tried to say that Diane Abbott bought her a cake afterwards. As Diane Abbott had condoned this behaviour, she had been exonerated and we should all accept that. Her so called apology to Shaun was couched was not fulsome.

Emma has never admitted to drawing that picture of Shaun Bailey being hanged. I always thought the Black Gran drew it and Emma just put it on the net.

I do not know what Ian has to say about the allegations made by his ex- wife. Was he prosecuted and convicted in a Court of Law?

Ian saved a Housing Association estate from the wrecking ball.He did not deserve to be seen off. He helped out a Foodbank during the pandemic and there was an attempt to see him off for doing so - insinuating that this made him a Tory. He is the best MP we never had. He would not have crawled to anyone in Parliament to ingratiate himself with them.

What has happened to those people who have opposed the controlling interests of Kensington CLP since Judith Blakeman and Robert Atkinson both retired as local Labour Party Chairmen?

The list of incidents is summarised below ( and already reported on this page):-

      (i) When Ian Henderson was out of favour with "the powers what be" in the Kensington CLP, someone resorted to dangerous and incendiary measures at the front door to his home.

      (2) When the Lib Dem parliamentary candidate, Sam Gymiah, spoke out in 2019 about EDC and her alleged involvement in Grenfell, Lib Dem Councillor Linda Wade received excrement through her door.

      (3) Felicity Buchan, or her neighbours, had posters stuck to their doors and graffiti daubed on their doors around the time of the General Election in 2019 when Flicka saw off EDC. These actions taken together, or separately, amount to criminal damage despite barrack room lawyers on here claiming otherwise.

      (4) It is possible that the videotape of the so called "singing demonstrators" at the Fielding Mellens' home did not capture the ugly scenes reporte hitherto.

It would be interesting to hear what former Constituency Labour Party Chairs, Robert Atkinson and Judith Blakeman think. As EDC is no longer in Labour, they can presumably tell us.

Can those Labour Councillors who campaign for her whilst giving the impression they are supporting Joe Powell, be "trusted?" I would suggest not.

It is a shame that those who put their "trust" in this woman, and have stumped up money for her campaign, do not know what people on this blog think about her; particularly her vicious and cruel attacks on political opponents for own ends.

    Trust is a glorious thing!

  45. To be clear , EDC sees her most important 'political opponents' as being those who have resisted her within the Labour Party.
And it should be remembered that HALF the previous Labour Group were removed ,retired or were deselected at the last Council Elections ( Atkinson +Blakeman +Healy +Henderson +Mason +Nail +Press) . And they took with them most of the previous experience and all the talent of what had, until the return to power of EDC, always been an effective Opposition Group.
By the time the London Labour Party got round to intervening in Kensington Labour Party it was too late to save a viable Labour Group of Councillors but they did ensure that the local membership were then able to select, Joe Powell ,as an excellent Parliamentary candidate. The removal of Dent Coad & Kear has largely 'lanced the boil ' ( though inexplicably Sina Lari remains in place ) .
It is to be hoped that ,once elected as MP Joe Powell & Monica Press will still have the energy left to restore an effective Labour Opposition Group of Councillors and bring back those Councillors who were driven out & still have a sincere interest in serving the electors of RBKC .

Donors to Emma Dent Coad's campaign should beware that over 2.9% of their hard earned cash is going to a private enterprise before Emma Dent Coad gets one penny of it. On a donation of £5.00 that is 29 pence plus 25 pence which equates to A MASSIVE 8.8% of your money.

    FEES.
GoFundMe charges one transaction fee—that’s it. So, what percentage does GoFundMe take for transaction fees? A transaction fee of 2.9% + 25p is automatically deducted from each donation for personal fundraisers. For charity, the fee is 1.9% + 20p per donation.

If Emma DENT Coad does not reach her target, she still gets all of the donations. She has mentioned that she may have to ask for more money. I don't know why, she ran her parliamentary campaign in 2017 from her kitchenette table with very few resources from the Labour Party nationally.
