How we share services with Westminster
The Dame always warned about the TRI BOROUGH arrangement....but oh, no.....Pooter and Campbell knew best!
Now we have a situation where RBKC is inextricably linked up in supplying services with socialist Westminster CC.
Instead of the Council bearing down on its costs, it's now in thrall to Westminster CC.
Socialist Westminster might do us some good Dame… Lord knows Campbell and Co need a kick up the arse, even if the electorate in RBCK is unwilling to give it to them.
ReplyDeleteThe Triborough arrangement was a disaster from the start .Cockell & his cabinet had no idea what they were involving themselves in & were led even further into the merde by trusting that Westminster Tories knew what they were doing . The BT joint computerisation contract cost millions to put right and had it not been for the Grenfell disaster should have caused heads to roll . The scrutiny report partially laying bare the extent of incompetence was never examined or publicised properly
