LORDLY MOYLAN OPINES ON PROPRIETY

Since his master, Boris Johnson, threw Lordly the crumbs of a place in the Lords he has become an expert in what is 'proper'.

Those of us who knew him before he started dressing up in ermine-trimmed dresses thought of him as the Brum Boor. 

We are surprised by the transformation.

  1. Permanent Membership of the upper house of Parliament is certainly a very substantial 'crumb of comfort' . It is extraordinary that we have a legislature entirely made up of people appointed at the whim of government . When are we going to make Parliament entirely made up of people elected by the people and not the product if patronage ?

    If you are getting at me...don't. I earn a mere £40,000 a year in tax free allowance...a mere pittance for someone of my skills.
