The childishness of this Council in its dealings with local, struggling business plumbs new depths.
No councillor or officer understands business: most have worked for the public sector in one degree or another.
Business Rates are killing businesses and idiotic posters in shop windows will do nothing to help.
The Council should be lobbying C. Government to reform this business stifling tax but we hear nothing from Cllr Faulks.
Why?
Because the Council gets a 24% handling fee to waste on idiot promotions like this.
