THE RUSSIAN ORTHODOX CHURCH IN KENSINGTON SAYS NO COMMENT ON UKRAINE

Dear Dame,

It's 'orthodox' behaviour for a religious organisation to condemn violence....but not our local Russian Orthodox church here in Ennismore Gardens where I am a congregant.

When I called to ask about the Ukraine invasion I was told 'we don't want to get drawn in'.

Of course, our Patriarch Kirill is a good friend and spiritual adviser to Mr. Putin.

Blagosloveniye vam dorogaya Dama

  2. The Patriarch of this Church is a wicked man. He takes money from Putin. He is a shameless sham. His church should be sanctioned

  3. Has Emma Dent Coad denounced her chums in the Parliamentary Labour Party for suggesting that NATO, and by implication the United Kingdom Government, is the problem in the war in Ukraine?

    No she has not.

She could make amens - she could take in in a refugee out of Christian duty.

  4. Felicity Buchan MP could steal the Labour Party's moral superiority by taking in a refugee. She would give one in the eye to the Corbyn supporting commies in Kensington Labour who see NATO, not Putin, as the problem

  5. Communist Agitators and Trots are at work in the CLP. Sinister.

  6. The Liverpool Labour Party was plagued by communist agitators in the nineteen eighties.

  7. Matthew Palmer your obsession with "trots and communists is beginning to look unhinged. Please desist.

The Baroness doth protest too much.

"Trots and communists" indeed! There must be something in it.

  9. This thread is about the Russian Orthodox Church and reds under the beds smears are so juvenile and passe.

    1. I think the Baroness does not want the National Labour Party to find out about what is going on in the local Party. Communist agitators, reds under the beds, and a Corbynite agenda very unsettling for the good aristocrat who does not want to be stopped.

    1. Dear Baroness Nothing Dale,

Trotskyite tactics were brought to the fore when Henderson was seen off. Labour should "stop" these communist agitators dead in their tracks.

Is the Baroness Notting Dale a nom de plume for Emma Dent Coad?

Just like this Church lot, some hard left members of Kensington CLP support Corbyn's criticism of NATO and are apologists for Putin.

  11. No I am not Emma Dent Coad, whom I have met once or twice and found to be an effective advocate for us North Kenners on the Council. I suggest you seek therapy for your obsession with trots and communists.

  12. You write and sound like Emma Dent Coad to me.

Your choice of nom de plume "Baroness Notting Dale" says it all. Emma claims aristocratic lineage and want to get in Notting Dale ward.

Overacting with denials about communists and trots adds grist to the mill that the Labour Party used Trot tactics to get rid of Henderson.

    1. The Baroness Notting Dale is in a bother. She is all het up and tizzy. Sorry Baroness, we know you get very stroppy if anyone says anything negative about your lot at election time. Shafting Henderson was a mistake. Kensington CLP's failure to condemn Comrades Corbyn, Abbott, McDonell, Burgon and Webbe for suggesting that NATO should not exist is inexcusable.

  15. Before we vote in May, we need to know which Labour candidates in Kensington support the Corbyn line that NATO expansion is the problem when it is Putin that has bombed Ukraine in to oblivion. Hankering after Soviet imperialism and communism will not do.

  16. Rishi Sunak MP has called on UK firms to think very carefully about any investments that support Russia.

I now call on Kensington voters to think very carefully about voting in any Labour Party Councillor who has failed to condemn the claims made by Jeremy Corbyn and 11 other left wing MP's who blame NATO or NATO expansion proposals eastwards for the situation in Ukraine.

Have Dent Coad, Mason, Lari and Blott condemned Corbyn's position on NATO?

Did any of them attend the meeting at Conway Hall that Abbott, Mcdonell, and Burgon chickened out of attending?

We need to know about any reds under the bed in Kensington Labour.

    2. What about Justice for Henderson too? A thoroughly decent, sensible man.
