It's 'orthodox' behaviour for a religious organisation to condemn violence....but not our local Russian Orthodox church here in Ennismore Gardens where I am a congregant.
When I called to ask about the Ukraine invasion I was told 'we don't want to get drawn in'.
Of course, our Patriarch Kirill is a good friend and spiritual adviser to Mr. Putin.

Shafting Henderson was a mistake. Kensington CLP's failure to condemn Comrades Corbyn, Abbott, McDonell, Burgon and Webbe for suggesting that NATO should not exist is inexcusable.

DeleteBefore we vote in May, we need to know which Labour candidates in Kensington support the Corbyn line that NATO expansion is the problem when it is Putin that has bombed Ukraine in to oblivion. Hankering after Soviet imperialism and communism will not do.
