The Dame in salad days |
The Dame doesn't normally 'plug' local business but has to put in a good word for amazing Dave and his company LINK
There is nothing he cannot do when it comes to cycles and, best of all, he comes to you.
Dave with client |
With the sun shining and roads clear the Dame will be getting Dave to check over her trusty Raleigh.
The Dame's new crush. Times are desperate. I wonder if she tried Tinder?
ReplyDeleteI think the Dame is absolutely right to try to help hardworking self employed local people. In these times we all need to back local entrepreneurs. It's a shame you have not sensed what she is about.
ReplyDelete10:31 you do realise that self employed people like this guy get no help from government?
ReplyDeleteA one man cycle repair service - fabulous, exactly what London needs and what London used to be about - in the old days of course - before property development and billionaires were ALL that mattered in the world!
ReplyDeleteHe could probably teach Rupert and Pinault a thing or two about humility!
and Dave is in a position to train apprentices for a career that will always have a demand
ReplyDeleteI am sure Dave is great, but I really hope your plug for Dave doesn't take business away from the other very deserving, hard-working, cycle mechanics in the area struggling to put food on the table for their families in this time of crisis.
ReplyDeleteI am sure there is work for all the cycle mechanics if they are good
