PORKER COWAN SPLASHES OUR CASH

'Porker' Cowan of H&F and disgraced ex dep leader of Westminster Council, Robert Davies, have something in common .

Davies used council resources for his pet projects and Cowan does the same.

At a time when councils are strapped for cash, it is wrong for Cowan to waste tens of thousands of pounds on his EU marketing campaign.
Did he ever ask local taxpayers?
Of course not.

    1. A small outlay devoted to promoting civic pride in being member of a club that benefits H&F and the UK as a whole strikes me as sensible. Alas they couldn't pay the printers in those Brexit commemoration coins now smelted down at vast cost to taxpayers.

  2. Cowan is another Pooter. K&C residents found out how essential it was to get rid of the self seeker. H&F residents should learn the lessons from neighbouring K&C and offload Cowan

  3. The Holy Robert Davies, exposed Westminster Councillor, is a close friend and confident of ex K&C Councillor Danny Boy Moylan. It seems that Cllr Porker Cowan is also part of the coven.

  4. Perhaps he was inspired by a Tory government that is squandering billions of taxpayers' money on propaganda in support of an economically ruinous proposition that was won on outright lies and false promises?

  5. As 70% of the voters in H&F voted Remain in the 2016 referendum, it's highly likely that a clear majority of the H&F taxpayers (which also includes many thousand EU residents in H&F who weren't eligible to vote) approve of these banners - especially as the cost has been very modest, compared to the government's propaganda campaign.

    1. Even if 30% had voted Remain and a 70% Leave council tried to promote Brexit it would have been an abuse of taxpayer's money. Taxes are not raised for this type of spending: they are raised to provide vital services. Don't be a dimwit
